Children need beef liver it’s high in igf they need for growth. I prescribe families with developing children to ground beef liver with lion mane and season it up really well and fry it or cook it however. Food is the best medicine period. Also make sure they consume lots of fruit high in fructose.
Gosh, that looks so good. I wish that there was a recipe here where I could cook the same thing. But, I'm not a cafeteria or a lunch line, so it'd have to be in a smaller quantity than Chef Man.
