  I use a VMount Nano battery in my bag with a cable to power the camera. I dont think BMPCC OG looks good with another gadget in the camera

  Q: If the 35mm becomes (effectively) 105mm how practical is this lens for filmmaking? Or does the anamorphic factor make it less 'telephoto' somehow?

  Smallrig makes a new power adapter that looks exactly like yours, except you don't have to turn it on, and it doesn't have the battery level indicator. Plus it is only cost about 25 bucks. The NPF batteries seem to last forever, so I figured I wouldn't miss the battery level indicator. With the money saved, I bought more batteries.

  эти шумы bm по звуку, там рекордер - хлам по жести, только как черновой звук для монтажа катит( на любых фотоаппаратах - лучше тишину снимать невозможно(

  So I but the smallrig battery mount and thought it would work with the cable from the NPF-style adaptor mentioned in the video, but it doesn't seem to work. Do I need another cable or have I bought a defect Smallrig adaptor?

  Well, it looks like shit compared to your other video with the SIRUI 50 mm anamorphic. This has lots of chromatic aberration and too soft (almost defocus like) image. Or do i wrong? I'm thinking about to buy one of these, but this tells me the 50 mm on this BMPCC OG (which i also have) is look like better. Right?

  I think you already know you are a good cinematographer. But it never does harm to hear sincere encouragement from strangers. So very nice work. It feels photographic and personal. I like that character of this work of cinematography.

  I know this is a bit old, but hope dies last. How do you handle the 25pf format of the camera? It writes in progressive mode but in an interlaced wrapper. This affects the video quality, it looks pixelated. One way so far was to deinterlace it with handbrake (or any other similar software) which takes some time (and is counterproductive if time is not on your side). Another one is to define it as a 4K video file (in Avid) and then stretch it. This seemed to do the trick (and to be a quick and simple solution) although it seems the picture gets a bit softer this way. On Apple there was this software called clip wrapper that was simply changing the file's marking from "interlaced" to "progressive" as quick as you would copy the file from one drive to another. Is there anything similar on a windows system? I'm sure others will appreciate any good suggestion for a fix on this. Thank you!

  My plate switches itself off after a few minutes, not just a lights, but it actually turns off and the battery indicator on the BMPCC goes from blue back to white. Am I missing something?

  Do you want to sell your rig?? ha finding a rig has been next to impossible. I not sure why ebayers sell their rigs with their camera. They can make more money by just selling the rigs!
