Kerry, great video! I love the home. If you’re having a hard time reaching cabinets then they’re definitely off limits to me! 😅 The smoke glass door to the bathroom is questionable; I don’t if you are blasting Metallica it would cover you blasting the toilet! I really enjoy your videos!

Home is beautiful. I am so glad someone finally took my advice that I’ve been saying for many years now. That if they made them more like homes with a steeper roof; would sell more. Also if they put the heating system on the walls, put water Spicket on the outside, electrical sockets,and take down the panel from room to room and made it, look like a home that was built they would sell more homes and they have government help if they need. Them fixed up; years to come. Getting help with Ang grants without owning property underneath them. Because nobody wants to touch them because you could move. You can not get any help or assistance for them because you can move them & no ownership of land under them, you rent property.

How long do these homes last? What about weather erosion? Are these homes guaranteed to last a specific amount of time? Like 50 years?
Wow! Finally, a prefab that ticks many boxes. Price looks ok too. Ive been looking for a reputable prefab home shippable to Ontario for many years now, Supreme never came up in my searches. Something lacking in their marketing approach. Thanks Kerry for flying out there to showcase this one. Keep up good work.
The kitchen is one of the best I've seen. However, there are too many big windows in the main space which means that there is no wall space for more furniture.

FINALLY! A Canadian prefab with some beefy-sized living/dining great room spaces but still in a compact footprint.. I love the austere modernist European vibes mixed with some down East coziness... My kinda place!

Holy cow!! Am I the only one living in place where money doesn’t grow on trees?? $235-310k for 680sf which doesn’t include the land and site prep or permits 🤯 what is this house made of, unobtainium? Take 2 reefeers (insulated shipping containers) and cut the price in half for the same end result.

Washer and dryer? Also to use the bathroom you need to walk thru the kitchen in the middle of the nite. Maybe a half bath in the walk in closet and a W/D somewhere? They are doing a good job tho. Overall nice and clean.❤

Good looking. I am a fan of the basic rectangle or square. easier to build and weather proof (lower cost), and maximizes interior space. The fact that the bathroom is in the public space of a one bedroom is an odd choice however.
I had to watch it twice twice because I was laughing so hard the first time with the bathroom comments. It's a great size one bedroom home!

I've been a subscriber for a couple of years now and this is the most perfect home you have featured. I'm single so a one bedroom, single level would be perfect for me and the size and floorplan are spot on! I live in South Carolina and I hope one day this could be available in my area.

Well laid out. No wasted space. Smart bathroom layout with access from living space and bedroom! Fantastic kitchen. And enough room in the living area for sewing, crafts, etc. I would call this perfect.
