Neal is such a great DM. I got into his stuff after HcH had "ended", and tuned in to some of the bonus episodes, so I already knew Malakai survived this, I knew there was a shadow dragon, and I knew the demons invade, but all 3 of these things were so well crafted and the story was told so well that it all still caught me off guard. Absolutely fantastic stuff! Love these guys :D

I hope Shine has since widened the entrance to the main hall so she didnt have to squeeze or go human to enter a 'Dragon's layer' lol (just trollin/teasin ofc). Great episode! PS... what could Shine be up to!? Is Imrick influencing her in some way to take up research on warlocks, or is she trying to undermine someone... or... ?
I didn't even know 2e had warlocks! though they seem to me basically just reskinned wizards. Or like a mix between clerics and wizards.
It's so fun to have watched TOS and how casual the megarie brothers were with shine, and to contrast with someone that is enamored with them is kinda funny
I think i was annoyed by it at the time, but giving up the dragon slaying weapons turned out to be one of the best decisions of ToS

Man, Sean sure has some patience. I'd be fuming if another player was trying to play my character so hard, especially someone who is playing a PEASANT RANGER, but sure as heck not acting like it.
