Agreed with fines for delay, abandonment is not the way. But when horses is on medication for bleeding and there is a time factor involved. We need to run off on time for the well fair of the athletes. Alot more time in between starts for betters and can still start on time.

Is not like we got booted out the last T20 world cup with all them big names we had..Even the most hated player Hettie scored the most runs then, least we forget..This team can go the distance, they just need our support🙌.

Charles and Fletcher should be looked at ahead of King and Chase.WI are short a bowler and Chase is way too ordinary as a bowler and batter. Alzarri cant even make it on an Ipl first eleven. Alzarri needs to learn variety in his bowling apart from pace and only focus on his role as a bowler not be over thinking as if he is a captain. Mayers too could not the 1st team in Ipl. He may be a better choice than Chase by a long shot

To be honest we should have gone with McCoy over holder for variety…… too many quote on quote right arm medium pace “ all rounders” in our team …… we really didn’t NEED holder seeing it’s only 15 players and you need a left arm Fast bowler to change the angle to right handlers……. McCoy is a big miss ………. .. Mayers not so much cause hope or HETMASTER can open for us if Charles do a madness in the World Cup 😂💯🤣

When we look at the alternatives to Shamar, they all have the same weakness as him. The only thing they may have is experience which is not helping our team at this moment. But Joseph has pace as an advantage which the alternative lack.

Mayers has not been making runs since he left the ipl last year. Dropped in his SA20 team, dropped in his IPL team, dropped in the West Indies team vs England, his feet isn’t moving and he looks low on confidence. Good player, but this is a WC.

I have no problem with the squad, except I believe a back up opener would have been better suited. Having Rutherford, Russell and Shepherd, we really do not need a fourth finisher. Hetmyer ought not to have been competing with Mayer's but with Rutherford. I wonder how much sharing a dressing room with Rovman at Royals in the IPL assisted in Hetty.'s selection. Afterall, he even plays ahead of Rovman in Royals 11.

This is our best team. The only problem I have is selecting Shamar over McCoy when Shamar is yet to perform in t20. Our absolute best team is not available as Narine and Evin would have made a world of difference but it is what it is. These guys are not interested. Our absolute best side is Lewis Narine King Pooran Rutherford Powell Russel Sheppard Hosein Alzarri McCoy Hetmyer Motie Hope Holder These are arguably our best 15 t20 players.
