Thrifting for Vintage!
🧡💛 Welcome back, Nesters! 🧡💛
Every since I was a little girl, I was fascinated with the old ways of life. I would much rather spend my Saturdays seeking out that unknown treasure at yard sales, than at the mall buying the next latest and greatest trendy thing. There is something to be said about the longevity of the things our grandparents and the generations before them used and adored. It brings me such joy to rediscover those timeless items again; as I set out to thrift stores, yard sales, and antique stores. Giving them a chance once more.
🧡💛✨ You can shop my finds on Niknax

Good to see you back, Nicole! Love the red dress! Loved those vintage plates...I had that set way back when they were new... Lost them somewhere along the way 😕
Awesome 4th of July display! Love the state toothpick holders! 🇺🇸❤️
love the wooden couple!
Love the pebble soap dish and those dresses will look so pretty on you! Good to see you, friend!
Hope all is well sweet friend! Thanks for stopping by.
The Pyrex pie bowl was the good Pyrex, with all caps, those are the best ones, the Pyrex with just the capital P is Chinese made now, and doesn’t hold up as well as the older Pyrex. Any time you see the older ones, probably should get it, they’re getting harder to find. ✌🏼❤️
Yay glad you’re back doll! 🎉🎉
Hey girl hey!!!🤗🌻🌻🌻
Hey sweet friend! Hope you are well.
Yay! My favorite KZreadr is back!
Hey Blue Bowed Goose Gal.....where you been? How's Maine? Hope you are having a great summer! xo Nancy from OHIO
I used to love goodwill But yes prices are to high Both me and my husband love antique malls
There prices are rediculous!
I don''t use a microwave either (on purpose). Glad to see your video today!
Ditto. We don’t use a microwave on purpose either. They make your food toxic!
Would have bought the glass flowers. The four sectioned dish could have drawer pulls àdded to it.
Love the video ❤❤❤❤
Love the Mikasa mugs and the recipe box 🌼 You picked up some nice linens too. Hope you and your family have been well, my friend ❤️
You are mine first thrifter and always the best ❤
So nice to see a video from you😊 I love that you love things from the ‘70s, and choose them for their simplicity, colors, decor style. I loved the Tom Clarke figurines. $60 was a bit high, but I might have grabbed them. I have serval gnomes and leprechauns made by him; supposedly they are made from crushed pecan shells and resin. Have a great week!🌷
So glad you posted...youre my fave❤
Hope you are doing so well, sweet Beverly! 🧡💛
I am at the Goodwill store.....😭
5hat is a potato masher I have one😊
Why do all you KZreadrs that go Thrifting do not watch their pocketbooks in their cart put the pocketbook on your shoulder or where cross body you make me so nervous
The prices at this goodwill seem a little high.
Nice to see $2 items at a Goodwill.
Hi, red vintage tool is for grating or crushing actually garlic
I collect the Butterprint Pyrex pattern and I would have passed on it too. I love the Nativity you picked up.
Loved the cross stitch strawberries and the black swan picture.
Nice seeing a video from you and all the beautiful items. Looks like you found some amazing finds. Thank you for sharing. God bless and have a amazing week….🍃💗🍃
I'm so glad you're back ! Love your videos ❤
The hand mixer is vintage. I have the same exact pink one, it was my grandma's. The red kitchen tool is a potato ricer. You boil your potatoes then mash them through like a garlic press, then whip them up into mashed potatoes.
I love my potato ricer. It’s the only way I make “mashed” potatoes. If you use a mixer then they’re called “whipped” potatoes not mashed. ❤
Potpourri jars are great for holding baking soda as a refrigerator or bathroom deodorizer.
This!!! I knew someone would have a brilliant idea for them! Love that!
The potpourri glass containers look pretty with seaglass, marbles or shells in them.
I think the blue & white figurines were Delft Blue.
The white pillow case with the flowers that you thought might be stamped on was/is Martha Stewart brand from the late 90's. I had the sheet set with the matching comforter and shams. I have no idea where that set went though. I loved it.
I was glad to see your video today
Thanks for the shopping trip. I absolutely adore the nativity!
The glass flowers sold on another KZread channel for $18 each…You should have picked them up🤷🏻♀️
Glad you're back! I've never seen a Wade Whimsy that big!
The “strainer” is a potato ricer 😊
I think the red handled vintage kitchen item is a potato ricer. I think.
Hi!!! Good to see you!! ❤
Hi! Thanks for being here 😊
Nubble light is in York . 😊
I laughed out loud at your reaction to the photo album!🤣 I think your love of the 1970’s is great! I grew up during that time and love all things 1970’s as well! My family quietly tolerates it when I drag home 1970’s stuff from the thrift stores! 🤣🤣 Thanks for the videos, they are very fun to watch. 😃👍
Yeh, Buy the Starburst snack plate.🤗
