Helping you use critical thinking to control your life

You're probably just a TAD bit hyper-analytical like me, but you also want to level up your wealth, health, and performance without selling your soul and sacrificing your ethics...

Well, you've come to the right place!

On this channel, I distill my years of experience as a peer-reviewed value theorist (with expertise in ethical theory, decision theory, behavioral science, and neuroscience), as well as 10+ years as an entrepreneur, into weekly videos teaching you how to be your authentic analytical self, while teaching you realistic and no-hype approaches to escaping your 9-5 and designing your life - ALL while having a massive impact on the larger world.

If you also believe in this vision - in the power of education and critical thinking to change the world - then I invite you to Think It Through with me!

    Great business idea you’ve started, I’ve wanted to do something similar for a while, but I’m in the same age and position as my prospects would be so it doesn’t really make sense 😂 I resonated with this video though. I started a marketing agency because it seemed easy and I thought I’d just make some money and figure out what I really want to do. Not great. About 2 years later I’ve barely grown it because I just was never interested in making it better. I didn’t like the idea of growing it. But Rian Doris had some insight on this Motivation is a few things: - Curiosity toward what you’re doing - A high level of autonomy - A sense of growing mastery - High enjoyment with day-to-day tasks - An overall purpose for your work This helps me look at opportunities and kind of score them to figure out which I’d be more motivated toward. At the end of the day, the actual model is moot in the age of infinite leverage. It only matters if you’re motivated in the long term, because you can make anything work.

  • @stephenpetro411
    @stephenpetro4114 күн бұрын

    Hmm, well I can understand why you feel that way, but it might also be a bit of imposter syndrome. My question to you would be: if you've made some progress in your life even 1 year past where your prospects are, that means you still have something to teach them. I would say still go for it. As for the marketing agency, haha not easy at all - but totally worth it if you can put in the work to build it!

    True democracy is impossible. The human condition is far to corruptable by greed. Humans naturally want to be in control of their situations and alot of poeples "situation" is controlling as many people as possible to keep them in a box they deem as more important then other humans freedom. Creating and maintaining governmental control give those people access to that power and the wealth to maintain it.
