Jimmy lost confidence to bank the shot on 2. While reyes, even under pressure made the shot on 2 and 3 which was a tough one. That's what separate them...

Some really awful shots and nothing that was particularly impressive. Also the camera work is about as poor as the play.

I recall how he was so overcome with emotion when he landed back in Manila because of the overwhelming support and cheers he got from the adoring crowd that came in droves to greet him at the airport. Efren was literally sobbing he just couldn’t contain his tears. Probably felt he finally got the recognition he deserved but never really expected. The commentator said it right, Efren truly was and is “numero uno” and “pinakamagaling” 🙌🏼

Does anyone know why this was a race to 120 instead of 100? It seems like a race to 100 would've been long enough and made more sense given that they were playing for $100,000.

If efren had made the shot jimmy made on that kick on the nine ball the efren fan boys would be jerking him off in the comments. 🙄

That was THE best moment in pool history imho. Not just the shots but the timing of them. A crucial table length bank to answer another table length bank that won the frame. One to tie on the hill and the other to win the match. Not to mention who played. The best ever in pool against snooker’s legendary whirlwind.
