??? I think you have things wrong ? , the booster does not do a flip but the starship does, I thought the fuel moving was successful according to other sites.

Sorry but I think you got a few things wrong: There has never been any plan to transfer propellant from Super Heavy to Starship. (It doesn't make sense...Starship is already fully topped off when separation occurs.) The plan has always been Starship-to-Starship in orbit. Unlike IFT-3, there is no internal fuel transfer demo scheduled on this flight. (NASA said the previous test was successful.) Unlike IFT-3, there is no payload door opening scheduled on this flight. (And you didn't mention it, but for completeness...unlike IFT-3, there's also no deorbit burn scheduled on this flight.)

Although I'd like to see it happen, a complete circuit of the Earth is not planned for flight #4. It will be more like a half-circuit, the shortest distance between Cape Canaveral and the Indian Ocean. Also, there is no pathway or need to move propellant from the booster to the Starship. Any future propellant transfers will be between Starships or more specifically between tanker Starships and the lunar or Mars mission Starship although a dedicated orbital fuel depot with a thick layer of insulation is a likely eventual development. It would be visited by tanker ships until full and then transfer the fuel to a mission Starship. Mission #3 did achieve a successful propellant transfer between the landing propellant tanks and the main tanks just to demonstrate that the principle works. I agree that a "soft landing" for Starship would be of great interest because then the heat tiles might be able to be examined. The heat shield integrity, as we know from the second Space Shuttle disaster, is of vital concern.

The antenna and router are where they make ALL their money on this system. Those pieces cost them likely under $50 to produce, so their profit margin on these is insane. Makes sense considering how much it costs to do ONE space launch, let alone if that launch fails and explodes. At the end of the day, once they get the majority of their satellites in orbit, and they have a healthy global userbase, the prices should fall considerably. If they don't or rise, Elon is just another greedy corporate crook (which is the likely outcome) Also keep in mind, there is no articulated unit, that was version 2, and is gone, not for sale, not in production, used second hand is your only option for those, which also won't have a warranty when the motors fail. It was only needed when they had less satellite coverage, and were adjusting the constellation configuration as they added more units, now they have much more satellites in orbit so aiming is not as difficult as they have more coverage, and adjusting the angle of your antenna will be minimal to none going forward. If you have to mount your antenna up high above the ground, simple logic says it must be mounted on a pole so you can rotate it if ever needed. Not that hard for 99% of use cases, and will rarely if ever need adjustments going forward at this point in their deployment.

Idea for your shop: Have a "show all" for each type of item. IE shirts if I click show all shirts, that is all I could scroll thru. Then "books" if I click books, that is all I would be able to scroll thru. You get where I'm going. I think you are missing sales because people can't find stuff. IMHO Anyway, thx for all you do and good luck.

Like you, I too had the first beta living in the Sierra of NorCal. Well, we had a rat infestation, they literally gnawed through my sat cable to the router, they killed it. I contacted Starlink, the only way to replace the cable was to buy a new dish, so I asked if I could buy one, she said I'll get back to you by end of day, but within an hour, I had a notification that a new one was on the way. By new, they sent me a complete replacement kit, router dish etc, no charge. Oh, before I used to see speeds of solid 30 to 60 Mbs down, 14 up, and I was fine with that, I could stream everything. Now, with the new system, I'm seeing steady 300+ down, 30 up. I love Starlink, no complaints here. And yes, I'm heavily forested, now I have c ell service as well now that we plugged in our account into Starlink.

The BIG day is here, it's time for the next SpaceX Starship launch. Will it be a GO or NO GO for tomorrow's launch? Today we look at the things SpaceX got wrong last time and what they need to get right this time along with adding in a few hopes and dreams that could prove to make this an even better-than-expected test flight. Question: Do you believe IFT-4 will make it around the planet? Do you believe it will survive reentry and land in the ocean? Do you believe the FAA will become more lenient with SpaceX? From Montreal QC Canada: Many thanks alkso for saying where you're from, especially your state. This is so importantt for anytrhoing related t Internet connectivioty as laws governing it vary so much from one country to another. Size: ===== Canada has its ups and downs in this area, m,uch because of its enormous land size. Example. if you could take the land area of the province of Quebec alone, and drop it on top of continental U.S., it would covcer more than half1 In Eastern N.A. there is an interesting triangle between NYC, Montreal and Halifax, NS. Twice in my driving years, I have driven to NYC from Montreal. It's a 7 to 9 hour drive of about 450 miles due south on A-15 and I87 Yet, while NYC is on the Atlantic Coast. Montreal is about 800 miles inland. Also from Montreal to Halifax (which IS on the coast) is about 800 miles, hence the three form a bi triangle. That's simply the shape and size of it. Importance of size: ================ for all its geographic size, Canadahas a population of about 11% of that of the U.S. HenceCanadians have a long history of being big televcom users, but at a highcost, and outside of big cities (Largely Toronto,Montreal and Vancouver) cost is absurdly high, and lack of adequate competition is a big concern. In some areas the popoulation density is simply too low fo make reasonable development economically feasible, Hence the government of Canada has started "The Broadband fund" which seeks evenutually to make broadband available to about 97% of Canadians. Tha's where LEA satellite comes in, but at a high social money cost. One of the criteria tha is a paert ofprovidersqualifying for this prrogram also plasces particular attention to oour indigenous groups, includng, more than simply forst nations, also the metis and Inuktitut areas. Having had a small bit of exposure to this, the experience is, at times lifew shocking! Some humanitarianism! But that's like too, and fascinating! Now I need to continue my search to see where this has all got to in Quebec.
