All this time, I never knew I was actually doing the Wushu Flower. I just needed to know about thrust and pull.

Thank you very much. I'm 72, but able to join your lesson. Need some time, so repeating the lesson is very helpful. Great is your lesson that the advanced movement originates from the waist, the core.

Have you ever been in a real swordfight? I have and from doing Wudang and Shaolin for 30 years , he was begging for his life when he's the one who attacked me . I wasn't surprised and he called the cops as well , I won it court though A real sword fight is more like Olympic Fencing than anything my opponent was unskilled but big and strong , I am skilled but not as big , it wasn't even hard , I almost took his arm but instead I told him to drop his sword and to leave anyway I'm practicing Elixir Sword , Zhang San Feng Tai Chi Sword & Eight Immortal Sword from the XuanWu Pai School and The San Feng Pai Schools , they are different forms. I think XuanWu Pai is more flashy and requires more skill than San Feng Pai when it comes to Drunken Sword Form but both are extremely difficult Then I'm going to train in CQC for a hour Amithaba

All your movements are so rhythmical, like a dance. I just started teaching my self the bo staff and twin swords. I don't have access to any classes, so I just slow down youtube videos and try to learn that way. I like to think I am progressing nicely but If you could, please give me some insight into your inspiration. Do you train with music? or is it just your natural internal rhythm? What do you suggest to become more like you?

very graceful mate, i love the way you make it flow, I only recently started with the staff and my movements are still hitting locked pockets where the action pauses, I lose momentum and then have to exert more force than I should have to continue the flow.(where my wrist is on the wrong angle I think)
