  The correct way to eat "banh xeo" is to put them in lettuce, roll them up, dip them in dipping sauce and eat. Meat sticks and spring rolls can also be eaten in the same way. That's why they give you lots of vegetables. Welcome back to Vietnam <3

  Aww man u should've tried chè for dessert, especially when you were in Đà Nẵng. That place so popular for good chè. Chè is like a sweet soup that has so many variations and we eat it with crushed ice, it is so refreshing those hot summer days.

  What you're eating at 12:00 is banh uot, which is the cousin of banh cuon. Banh cuon is made up of rolls will meat filling and banh uot is just flat rice noodle sheets cut up in strips.
