  sad this cartoon only had 6 episodes but it was made only to market toys to kids, ahh the 90's cartoons made to sell toys.

  I played Riker in a small performance on stage in 2001 The Story was a different ending to The Generations Movie except we used Voice over actors to be other crew members we crash land the Saucer (Riker was Captain in the Story Picard had left to become Admiral ) Riker is thrown in the air during the crash He suffers a concussion his forehead bleeding He looks around and sees everybody else was dead he climbs out of the wreckage he sees Standup Comedy props on the ground he picks them up and reads outloud the jokes that were written and uses a puppet when the last joke was read he puts the props back where he found them and Picards Voice is heard from the rescue ship in orbit of the planet informing him that he was the only of the Enterprise to survive the crash Riker takes one last look around then touching his combadge saying One to beam up it was like a ten minute skit due to Stage time where other performers who were at the charity event I performed in back then But had I more time I would have wanted to see Riker go to Jail and Picard defends him Starfleet would probably charge him with the deaths of everybody who died on the say The Enterprise was destroyed and the loss of the ship itself There was a battle between the Enterprise and the Duras Sisters but Riker could have gone away ( there was no Doctor Soran or James T Kirk) imagine being the only one left after a crash like that it was fun to do and raised the funds needed so if u were Admiral Picard what would u say to Riker after rescuing him arrest him or not? tell me the reason that as Admiral u would or not charge Riker with anything

  I vaguely remember this cartoon. I remember the Wild Thing song being involved with Swamp Thing and that stuck with me for years.

  Worst showcase of Hawk and Dove. Dove does not like fighting at all. It is only done reluctantly. She would not be smiling she would be lecturing Hawk for being a hot head. And would have offered the badguys a chance to surrender to avoid the conflict.

  This episode wasn't so bad, but ... If only they had put a little bit more thought into this, upgraded the animation a little bit, and the voice acting too, it could be a timeless classic. It's not too bad .. but could be so much better.

  As a kid I loved this show, as an adult I wonder the budget. Swampy had to a hassle to animate. Love this show though.

  You would think even the pugnacious Klingons would understand firing on or destroying a Federation starship is an act of war and this would give them pause, particularly when the evidence that the Enterprise was responsible for the life form was so flimsy. After all the Klingons and the Federation were allies at that point and it would have made zero sense for them to sabotage the Klingon ship.

  Swamp Thing from 1991, came out at the same time as The Chipmunks Go to the Movies on NBC, New Kids on the Block on ABC, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on CBS, whey were in repeats.

  DIC planned a second season of Swamp Thing, but the second season didn't come around due to the fact that DiC was busy working on the second season for Captain Planet and the Planeteers, the seventh and final season of Slimer! and The Real Ghostbusters, the second run of the second season of G.I. Joe, Chip and Pepper's Cartoon Madness, Pro Stars, Wish Kid Starring Macaulay Culkin, Where's Waldo?, and the second season of Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventures.
