I am a totally MIT Taiwanese so my English could be sometimes not so understandable but I want to write in English for letting Jeremy read and understand directly my grateful thanks to him (Hopefully someone can pass this comment to him in any manner). I appreciate your willingness to share such a vulnerable moment and part of your deep fear of failure to us. When I saw the video, I was just kicked out by the project operator in the middle of the project from the team as a team leader (I worked for an U.S. company and followed the American style working customs). I delivered the final decision from the operator to our whole team face to face (oh mine, I even shedded tears), even though many suggested me to make a healthy excuse to leave "beautifully". Overwhelming shame and break-down moments drown me, but I chose to "speak the truth with love" at the end as Jesus taught me. After leaving the project, I was embraced by darkness, attacked by self-doubt and pains from physical illness (I abused painkillers awfully when I was leading the team). However, God saves me AGAIN by using you to send me the message, I watch your video two days after the leaving, what an immediate salvation. HE gave me you, the light, leading me back to him. Honestly, I knew many in my team thinking that was an unfair treatment to me asking me leaving because I insisted to deal some problems with a new method that was different from what the operator wanted, so many of them were distressed by the conclusion. (But I admitted that a new method always leads series of trial and error. I did make many mistakes myself too.) However, after watching your video, FATHER come and gave me a beautiful message and life lessons. They are: People could never learn from your SUCCESS for you have already been successful all the way; in contrast, they received unheard truth and power from something they never encounter and would finally learn and know that is GOD by your FAILURE. That comforts me so much because, yes, I am willing to fail for my GOD, just like what you did. May God and his blesses be with you. By the way, I am also doing the Nazirite Vow now. Thank for your meaningful sharing so much and the touching testimonies every year. I watched them year by year too!

方言在講台沒有翻譯，受眾怎能聽懂這是神的話語，讓我們受教？沒有翻譯的方言，對說方言又信神的人的大有益處；在公眾場合說方言，聽不懂方言內容的人，怎麼分辨這是從神、從聖靈來的言語，還是這方言是從人的靈、鬼的靈來的呢？
若擔心與聖經不符合，那就私下用方言禱告

@@land2700 有些牧師解釋方言與方言禱告是不一樣，所以有爭議。禱告是自己向上帝禱告。而方言禱告即是用方言向上帝禱告，說真的是可以不公開。而方言則有必要翻譯出來。 有一點很重要，悟性禱告和方言禱告要平衡，若剛進入教會的未信者，可能會被方言禱告嚇到。我在禱告會現場，會以悟性禱告與方言禱告兩種並進，並不是擔心上帝聽不懂我的方言禱告，是擔心慕道友的信心被影響，以為我們顛狂，而留下壞印象。
