    蝦殻粉也能自己制作,很有创意,去掉虾头部分,再处理虾壳,烤1小时,磨碎过筛,冷冻收藏

    現在香蕉葉和香蕉葉幹做的繩子很難找呵!若用尼龍繩綁棕子會有毒的,會吃死人的!😢

    海带有这么多好处,清浇干净,蒸后用小苏打再清洗,还要泡,原来是这样处理的,怪不得我做的海带口感不太好,肉炖海带太香了,我要用你的方法来做海带,谢谢分享👍👍 6:21

    可以吃少量,只吃大人量的四分之一,一定要完全浸泡15分钟以上,最好打成浆便于小孩消化。

    是的我们以前超市里就有的卖冰冻香蕉叶,还有越南人做好的越南大粽子放我们店里代卖的, $12澳元一个,我小一点越南人做的比我的还要大, 都是过年的时候才吃得到, 我就放在端午节上早点吃了哈哈😄
