awe i missed the live show - 10 mths later got bad insomnia since my wife passed 8 1 23 aim for 12 hrs but get 4 hrs of broken sleep if lucky, some days none.. but try to stay away from pharma n take only melatonin, but might wind up going on them, its the withdraws coming off of them that keeps me away.. with the lords help ill get through this... youve helped in so many ways n cant thank you enough for your views thoughts mixed into the meditations, IMHO you're the best I've found... you know the pain of grief not just book smart
