If JLaw was encouraged and backed unconditionally, and had the best legal representation money could buy, just think of all the great content we’d have right now!

No problem with the AMA governing on track issues but stuff that happens off the track is an issue for a team to deal with.

Every rider goes down, and sometimes they can be bad. I can relate to what he went through, it does not take long before one every other day turns into a glaring problem. Hope the best for dude.

So many of these young fans that are so high on Jett Lawrence never witnessed the kind of writing that Stewart Carmichael and McGrath did in their day

It really sucks that the opioids epidemic started when this generation of great riders were hitting their prime. at first the doctors were fooled also as to the addictive nature of them. it was to late for that generation when it became known and reform of prescribing norms were implemented. We lost a good class of young riders to it. bad timing for sure. After 40 years of riding and racing, I also became a victim of it and lost 6 yrs of my life, so I have so much compassion for them. glad it was not around when I was young.

Nathan Ramsey won his only premier class Supercross at Pontiac in 2002 by leading Ricky Carmichael (that years champion) in a Honda 1-2 finish

Absolutely a legend! I’ve watched dirt bike racing since mid 70s and continue to take in all that I can. Too many greats to list obviously. Bubba “scrubbing” is advanced and perfected.

I don't feel anyone has a right to claim anyone's bike...if u do u should have to add cost of hanldbars grips exhaust and suspension upgrades...then u can by they bike...most riders on any level upgrade those things on there bikes ...even clutches...so no these are not stock bikes but everyone racing at that level has changed all these things ...now it gets weird when people think there is voodoo engine work going on...either way ur not claiming stock off the showroom bike and if ur gunna try to claim one u should be paying more than a stock showroom bike...there are to many racers out there struggling pouring everything they have into these bikes to have someone claim one for next to nuthing

I first met Lawrence at Julian’s house. I didn’t know who he was and I asked Julian who is a punk was sitting on his couch because I thought it was just some neighborhood kid lol. Jason and I spent several years playing MX versus ATV together. The week before the Daytona Supercross we were living on the video game. Probably 18 hours a day we were smoking marijuana and who knows what else. We were both having a very good time and then late at night. Jason says holy shit. I gotta go bro. And I asked him. Where are you trying to get to this late? he says bro I got to catch my flight and get to Daytona for tomorrow’s races! I laughed and said what you’re racing tomorrow? How are you going to race tomorrow you haven’t even read and you’ve been smoking weed playing video games! He says I don’t know bro I’ll figure it out. I’ll catch you on Monday. I go to sleep wake up do some chores the next day sit down for the Supercross and watch him whole shot and leave the entire race while the commentators are talking about how he has become more serious than focused in his training routine. Lmao To have watched what he accomplished, and personally being witness to how his entire week leading up to it was was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever seen, and probably will ever see in my lifetime Really happy I got to be a fly on the wall during that time
