What a bunch of bullshit! That law has not yet gone into effect. And, the two criminals who killed the tourist were not legally allowed to be in possession of a firearm, even if it was open carry. So, HOW IS THEIR CONCERNED RELEVANT???????? It's political bullshit. Now, let me raise an intelligent question: had the Constitutional Carry law already been active, might there have been a "law-abiding" citizen with a gun that could have prevented the crime?
