  I like this film, I remember watching the original at the cinema as a young kid, the Medusa scene was terrifying, and I shut my eyes. Is modern remake did it justice, even though the ‘critics’ said it was shite.

  This video make me Google where the Roman got the tigers from ? Because everyone knows that Italy is not a tigers natural habitat and here’s what I find out. Tigers were bought to Rome from India and other exotic regions for spectacles like gladiator arenas, executions and private collections. This implied some organized some Roman tiger hunting to capture them.

  if he wanted Marcus dead so badly, he could’ve had him killed easily… like not keeping chains on the tigers, or having him fight 2-3 guys instead of 1, etc…. there’s a number of different ways.
