Thank you ladies. Enjoyed this. I recently met Kris Dollimore, the guitarist in Del Amitri wearing the glasses. Unfortunately though it was after he was blue lighted by ambulance to my hospital in Plymouth after big heart problems. What a top man. You wouldn't think this concert was about a month after his procedure! He was so worried about whether he could continue his music career. Think this video can safely say he can.

I've got to admit the physio exercise programme I'm following is really helping to ease some of the pain. But yes, I agree, it won't be a long term cure sadly. Do you have arthritis?

We would recommend visiting to 20th Century gothic cottage Plas Newydd where The Ladies of Llangollen once lived. Also, take a horse drawn boat along the canal 😍

agreed the actual venue made it for us nothing like the usual arena venues you found yourself talking to like minded people and having a ball which doesn't happen in arena's and the location wow a few beers in the corn mill looking out over the river both b4 and after the gig really made it special for us.
Totally agree, meeting like minded folk is always lovely. It was a really interesting demographic too!
Me and my good lady were there and it was the best.. Simple minds were class and the girl drummer was the GOAT thank you simple minds for a great night ❤️

Myself and the Mrs were there last night also . What an amazing gig , had seen them earlier In the year in Cardiff but there was something different about last night ......loved it , the atmosphere was amazing and llangollen is stunning ....wow
It was amazing, Del Amitri were fantastic too. We saw Simple Minds in Liverpool a couple of years back, they were obviously brilliant, but yes, it felt like a more intimate gig and was lovely to have it semi-outdoors. When we were driving home, the sky was amazing, like a deep purple with the almost full moon. Pretty perfect evening 🙂 Glad you both enjoyed it too, hope you have some more gigs lined up for the summer 🌞
@SueAndSarah we were lucky to be staying in a little lodge not too far from the venue , we could hear them through the day doing the soundchecks , It was an amazing experience sitting in the hot tub listening to it all , no gigs planned as yet but I'm sure we will find a few before the end of the year , this one will take some beating tho . I'm glad you both had an awsome time , the drive home sounded amazing ❤️
We would spend way too much money there, money we haven't got 😂😂😂 Looked amazing, those cakes were beautiful, and the clothing store Fever, like we said, way too much money 😅...😊☯️
