Nuggets title defense begins & ends with Jamal Murray and Jokic's aggression. Simple as that. Wolves are not designed to score 120+ a game. Nuggets are if both are in attack mode.

this is getting to the point that joker is almost annoying. Like he is so good it’s frustrating. I was so ready for the Cinderella story of the wolves and then boom, joker got his powers back from the basketball gods.

consideration the players he's guarding in everyone of these clips. He gets matched up 1 on 1 vs some of the best scorers in history on a nightly basis, which makes some of the opponent field goal percentages even more impressive

LMAO thats all KAT does on offense. He's essentially a tall 3&D wing where he attacks closeouts from the perimeter. He's not gonna muscle through a defender who got in his face on time and finish through a crowded lane at the rim.

Great offense from the champs but the whistle changed after game 2. If they were calling all games equal I feel like Minnesota would have taken 1 out of the 3 they went down.

I was hoping to see some analysis of Dale Ellis. He was a master of relocating without all the hyper speed, heavy screen action, and physicality pioneered by Reggie. But we can see a lot of modern off-ball action in Ellis' game. He also was great with the one bounce dribble relocate that Klay uses to perfection. It seems like this dude who once dominated the league, scoring more per game than Reggie ever did, while shooting a ridiculous percentage from outside, all generated by his off-ball movement, has been mostly forgotten.

7:18 The nuances of this play are nuts. Immediately after the pick Joker hesitates, right when the defender is looking for his cut. He even takes a tiny step back to really sell no cut. He then takes a lunge but hesitates like he was faking the cut, like some fucking Inception shit, so the guy reacts to not bite on the cut, but just leaves the front door open like Joker RSVP'd that shit.

Another big thing about Joker is he actually plays clean. He doesn't do LeBron pivots and rarely abuses the gather step like Harden (and most the league).

I love Joker because he has 80's/90's old school "plumber" athleticism, but he dominates a league full of so called superior modern athletes.Proving that skill will always trump athleticism. He's by far the most effective player in the NBA.I put him in the same family as guys like Magic & Bird. They weren't super athletic.Just super skilled/crafty with super high b ball IQ's.

Dare I say it; This guy has the potential to be better than Kareem, Willt, Magic, Bird, and even...Jordan. Yes, I really do think we could be looking at the best player to ever play, as long as he keeps working hard and dodges major injuries. I'm very excited to see what he can do next season, and more importantly, what he can do when this team starts to put good players around him.

The best bb I've seen since '14 Spurs Beautiful Game. Praize to Nicola - but whole team is amazing. Pure bb chess. Tons of sweet on practices and good chemistry. Minny is better individually. Great defence. But temwise - Denver is something special. Nicola is leading the way as Tim did. Great coaching, great scouting, great culture. They play better then simple sum of their abilities. This is amazing and fun to watch.

I truly believe that if the nuggets didn't have 4 days off we would be looking at a very different series right now. The nuggets were always the better team, but the T-Wolves were doing something they couldn't figure out. If this was like a normal series i'm not sure they would have been able to turn it around
