    Immediately subscribed! Love this! I've lost 45 lbs (out of the 116+ that I need to lose) and loose skin has been heavy on my mind lately and I found this video! So thank you for this video! I love heavy weight training so hopefully I'll come out good on the loose skin side. I try to eat high protein and staying hydrated, I deff need to be drinking more water though. Thanks for this video and congrats on your weight loss ❣

    Post or Ariana for AOTY, that's it.. Sabrina for Single (her being nominated let alone winning BNA is straight madness), Billie for sumn, Beyonce for sumn (hopefully not AOTY, don't think it beats Ariana, probably not Post, and her having to go country for the win is harshhhhhhh) Dua Camilla Normani Usher & Katy nahhhh.. if Bensoon Boone gets anything ill kms onG, Teddy swims is chilling, Tyla for sumn fs, and I think Lana has a solid shot for one of the big ones if she releases in time.. and Taylor shouldn't get shit this year

    Megan nah, haven't listened to Metro and Futures but not surprised it's a banget.. Not Like Us should win SOTY, but if one of Sabrinas beat it, I'll take it as long as it wins something else.... I came back to say something else I forgot..

    oh, Chappel Roan will win sumn fssss.. Good Luck Babe has been Everywhere.. then there's Raye, who I think is releasing, and that woman is a star, if she's eligible for anything like BNA, I'd like to see her win.. and ikkkkkkk that album is gonna slap, dare I say she is this generations Beyonce In the making.. Powerhouse, Lyricist, Performerrrrr, Personality, only thing that threatens her is her speaking out on the corruptions in the industry, makes her a living legend in the making honestly

    I'm sorry but as a kpop listener, not all idols get surgery. Yes a lot of them do, yes it's a machine, yes there's a lot of bad. But that all depends on the company. Take Ateez or Mammamoo. They've had space to be themselves, to have creative freedom, to speak up when they need to. It's not all superficial. Theres way more that play into it. It's a deep dive. I'd totally encourage yall to dive into it. They work with so many icons. So many black producers, chroegraphers and writers that have worked with the greats. It's insane. The talent is just crazy

    I miss the groups too. US used to be the center of boy groups and girl groups.and now their just gone and korea is rolling the game. They took over the boy groups and girl groups. They take the pop and take it seriously. From the music videos, to the choreography...their artists are all rounders. Insane professional dancers and performers. I gravitated towards them in 2020 because pop was dying for me. I grew up on beyonce, Justin beiber, beyonce, Usher, ciara, Mariah, ariana, Chris Brown, micheal jackson,bruno mars....and the ones who are good now are not pushed enough. I've gravitated to kpop/jpop...American artists although they are the Inspiration they just don't give what k idols give. I guess it put my standard too high. And the groups tend to stay together because of companies and if u chose to renew ur contract

    In my personal opinion, reliability killed the popstar, it used to be that these singers were out of this world, unique and actually super talented, that was killed by trying to relate to the average people. That made the whole mystique fly away, now we are hearing their opinion on things 24/7, moreover, social media made it accessible to get famous and also shed on light to underground artists, these people end up finding their niche, everyone listen to whatever artists they'll like instead of listening main specific artist that were push back during the radio heyday, hence why there isn't a homonogist popstar everyone likes and knows. The last reason is that these record labels aren't seeking artists who are hungry for fame and superstardom, back then you had to prove yourself and showcase everything u can to justified your reason for success, now with the Internet, you don't need that, everyone's comfortable in their own space, there's no need to orove when you csn just post ur music online snd get love by the people who stumble upon it.

    Honestly, does it matter? Relevance is so overrated if you’ve put out classics, sold millions records, and are still working why does it matter? They came out during a time where fame and charts mattered. Being famous meant something. Literally no one today is a true superstar. Anyone can be a celebrity, and each artist has their own cult fanbase but either you know them or you don’t. 🤷🏾‍♂️ just my two cents!

    I discovered the following and hope this information helps. Please give credit. This is what I call METABOLIC RESET: SYSTEMIC FLUID PRESSURE: Exercising is actually something that can save your life! Your lymphatic system works through muscle pressure. Your cardiovascular system also works through muscle pressure. Literally, the muscles of your legs pump the blood back up to your heart from the peripheral arteries and veins. Obesity damages and stretches connective tissue and forms a stiff cocoon around blood and lymphatic systems, creating a need for more pressure to make it so you can breathe and get rid of systemic weight. Suddenly, when the fat goes away, the pressure on both is too little. To your detriment, your body must compensate. Working your muscles helps support the proper working of these systems. HORMONAL PURGE: As for mental health, the same things called "neurotransmitters" in the brain are called "hormones" in the body. They are fat soluble. They get stored in your fat cells when surplus and released when burned. Meaning, you may experience the same depression or anxiety you did that caused initial weight gain as you lose weight. Be prepared to work through your pain to keep the weight off. Your body encapsulated those surplus hormones to protect you from overload and death. Push through and keep going. Once they are gone, you will feel great again! REDUCTION CYCLE (FLOW + PLATEAU) Finally, weight loss follows a cycle. You will lose for 10-17 days, then you will plateau or even gain a few pounds for 10-17 days. During the loss time, you are resetting your "weight bracket." This is the weight range that your body is now set to. It usually is a 10-20 pound range that you will fluctuate in. You fat may feel squishier during this phase. During the plateau phase, your body will feel a bit swollen and your fat will be harder all over. You are retaining fluid so that your body can break down the surplus tissues and waste from fat burning. Drink a lot of water during this time. Then, when the plateau ends, you will pee and poop a lot. Then you will find , if you keep exercising and eating right, your weight bracket will drop 5-10 pounds and you will repeat this cycle starting at a new, lower weight bracket. I hope this helps!

    This is a good way to end up in a mental hospital for starving yourself you should not be in a calorie deficit you should be getting the amount of calories you're supposed to have constantly being in a calorie deficit will only make you gain weight your body will think you're starving every bite you eat will be saved as fat

  • @NewLifeFit101
    @NewLifeFit1017 ай бұрын

    A calorie deficit means that the number of calories you burn exceeds the number of calories you eat, which results in weight loss. Creating a calorie deficit that’s too large can lead to health risks. I always stress the importance of a healthy calorie deficit.

    Whitney getting booed at that award show says way more about the crowd and the audience than her talent. Also, since "Pop" is short for popular, It really has more to do with their success than what they put out sonically. I also think when we do these music lists we gotta do them by decade/era. Theres no way this list isn't already full by 1968 😂 Aretha Luther Smokey Whitney Michael
