Use it to make a new mold and add a rebar core, surrounded by bears let's see if a mark 3 can be functional

personally id have tried sandblasting before painting to make it closer to new before painting. wouldnt use it to store any foodstuffs but it is still decent decorum

That ice cream scoop was commissioned buy a child back in the 50's when his Mum always said that he can only ever have one scoop of ice cream.

SO! A few interesting points: - The paint on the milk cannister is probably Enamel based paints, hence why they scoff at your metal wire tools. - Additionally, the lid is easier to remove if you use a piece of wood under the rim and propped up on one of the handles to use as a lever. - "A whole can of beans" is a mutation of the phrase "a whole tin of worms" resulting from people born in places without fishing as a common practice.

Still a shame about the horrific sponsor, I really used to like your vids. I know you claim to be on a contract, but I'm not going to be able to stomach it, going to regrettably have to unsub if the next video has the same. Getting hard to find anyone who cares about other people more than bending over for evil corporate overlords. There are lots of ways to support yourself in this world, not all of them involve harming others.

Surprised you didn't try submerging it and doing electrolysis. That would've gotten everything off that wasn't metal.

'The whole ball of wax' maybe? Nice find with that milk can. I picked up a massive cast iron rendering cauldron for the same price (ridiculously lucky, those big ones can hit $300 or more). The plan was to derustify it and use it for either boiling corn or sap but so far it's just been upside down on blocks as an impromptu rain shelter for the cat =D

I think Peter was probably mixing his metaphors. A “hill of beans” and a “can of worms” both seemed applicable, but his brain turned into a blender (like everyone’s does, from time to time) and we got a “can of beans.” 😉

I think some more "repair shop" videos would be really great! I'm not sure how you could decide what to repair, but viewers could submit things through an email or something. I understand that would be a lot of work though.

Please please please look up what a terrible company BetterHelp is. They collect a ton of sensitive info and then sell it, including things like the intake form. Nobody should ever take a sponsor from them, as neat as their services are on paper they cannot be trusted, they take advantage of people with mental health issues and it's just not okay.
