Gaming it like I did WW. I will be rerolling to target a specific standard banner as well as aiming for an early pity on the limited. This is how I pulled Calcharo, Jiyan, and Yinlin without paying for anything. I don’t really care for shark girl either way. From a design perspective, I only like Nicole, Rina, Piper. I spend in every game I play and I couldn’t give a rat’s ass about meta or power, because you can literally clear every gacha game as a F2P, so just build right and play who you like.

Seele is still the fastest character in HSR and to this day I argue she's straight up better and more efficient than DHIL. Mono Quantum is busted. Plus Ellen has a chonky tail so I summon

Both lucy and piper are in 1.0 tho we dont have 1.1 drip to even try to say save for this Edit: also your remark about 1.0 unit getting worse is kinda flaw when the only instance of a better unit for hsr was 1.3 with DHIL and fu xuan and 1.3 is 4 month in the game you're basically asking people to procrastinate for 4 month before starting to pull for character in the game same for genshin and hu tao add in 1.3 aka 4 month after the game release

Zhongli and Tartaglia were 1.1 units. Zhongli is still used to this day, and Tartaglia remained relevant for a very long time, unlike Klee. Procrastinate? You will be able to clear content with A ranks and standard S ranks just fine. You don't need to settle for the first limited rate-up S rank to clear the content.

I'm gonna try something different with ZZZ this time. I'll try to stay away from pulling for meta and just pull for whoever I want. I've fallen into the trap of pulling for the first few banner units because of hype because in most cases launch limited units out damage standard dpses. So this time I'll take my time and just enjoy who I wanna play. As for the standard cast man Nekomata's playstyle is right up my alley! Can't wait!

Shark maid is too peak to skip even though I'm a meta enjoyer. Also, I highly doubt they'll release 2 characters per patch in the long term because the character models/skeletons and animations are a lot more unique compared to HSR, or even compared to Genshin that only releases 1 character per patch.

There are no climbing, swimming, or gliding animations like in Genshin. Additionally, the game is definitely built on a more optimized engine, making it faster and more efficient to pump out characters faster.

@@razor_ctNo, literally every Hoyo game, atleast as of now is made in Unity. Zenless Zone Zero has similar level design to Honkai Impact 3rd, which also doesn't have these animations (climbing, swimming and gliding) but I am sure if they wanted to add them then they certainly could, as they can add new animations like jumping to the game, which they did with one of the game modes. This is a billion dollar company after all, anything can be possible!

id agree if that was the barrier in genshin but its the coding that they have to put for a new character that only gets bigger each patch with it being an open world game and needing to make sure the code is consistent throughout the entire world.

you can actually find footage from her gameplay back in cbt1, if you search miyabi cbt 1 you'll see how she was back then, we don't know how much that'll change but she will probably be an ice attacker just like ellen

One thing to keep in mind: It's best to compare what other 4* options there are for weapons before judging whether those weapons are good or not in comparision, and I think those weapon do look good. Even comparing the BP attack role W-engine comparing it to weapon of Anton or Billy, I think it's clear which one will be a winner here. looking at other 4* engines, I think BP weapons are an improvement definitely, and moreso for dps'es if you're skipping thier signatures.

How would one reroll for Ellen? From what I’ve seen, by the time you get to the part where you can pull, you only have a couple of pulls you can do on the limited banner so… do you just keep trying for the 0.6%?

What is the benefit of rerolling for Ellen? You start with an account that has a limited 5-star event character, making the game easier while still having over +150 saved pulls to use for future characters or events. The 1.0 Patch will likely give us about 150 event pulls, which can be used elsewhere while still having Ellen on the account. If you are not F2P or don't have time and you are swiping, then this strategy does not apply to you.

The BP weapons are soo much better then HSR's since there is arguably only 1 weapon in HSR. The one I'm grabbing first is that sexy support and slapping that on Nicole, and I'm willing to bet it's S5 is 20%CC

The duo of them doesnt seem to main/sub. Fight with Encore, swap when you use forte with Encore. I dont think any of them deal more dmg than the other
