  Hello after almost 2 weeks, and amzing art you are really great. I recently purched new charcole pencile and was ready to draw Taylor Swift that you have made the tutorial and I wanna ask that can I use cotton or tissue instead of blending spong pen cause I don't have one or can I just use a new kitchen sponge will it work same I don't know what I am saying but yea 😅😅😂😂

  Thats nice to hear. Cotton works better than tissue. Cotton presses the charcoal into the paper and gives darker values whereas tissue literally cleans off most of the charcoal on the paper giving it a lighter tone. Tissue is sometimes good when you want to make an area lighter.

  Your art is fabulous but oversimplification and skipping over important parts will not make a tutorial helpful! Building up layers upon layers without making it look messy is the hardest part which unfortunately most KZreadrs never cover in their tutorials!

  They are not difficult if you get the direction and hair flow right from the beginning of the drawing. The rest is just building up tonal layers and texture. I'm yet to work on extreme curly hair.

  Im using gloves to avoid sweat prints and stains on the paper. It difficult to work around the areas of sweat stains of charcoal. And again to keep the hands from charcoal as I often switch to do other stuff.

  It's really good and your timelapse are like step by step and easy to follow and see what you are doing not like other KZreadr's where they increase the speed and it's really difficult to see the steps that they are doing. I have one request could you draw a potrait of Selena Gomez cause I found it easy to draw along you I am currently drawing the elephant of your previous video and I really want to draw a potrait of Selena of you then please make a timelapse or real time if possible. 😊😊

  @jajatheartist yes,but it's kind of weird ,the pencil I see in your videos looks like wood,these pencils are made of compressed papers,nothing like general's, but I like the texture, if that's how you call it.kind of silky 👍👍

  Some of them come in softer materials to make sharpening easier but the Maries I use all wood. When it comes to charcoal, I usually look out for quality of the charcoal inside and it's darkness.
