    I bought a Ozark Trail Ridge and have upgraded the Pedals, Saddle, Grips, planning on upgrading the Fork next. I highly recommend that bike for anyone starting out. 🤘🏻

    That’s good to hear. I had heard about these Ozark Trail brand mountain bikes at Walmart, and I thought maybe they were only available online, so I was really happy to see them actually in the store, and to see that they are good quality, entry-level bikes that you can upgrade. They’re a great value.

    I was hoping I would see an Ozark trail, explorer gravel bike at the store. I’ve seen a lot of great reviews of it, and it looks like an amazing deal for the price. Unfortunately, they didn’t have one that day.

    Yes! You get a lot of bike for $400 with the Ozark Trail Ridge. Walmart is serious about starting to sell decent bikes.

    I had ls swapped my obs to a 5.3 ran for a lil bit but now having problems with crank no start I had replaced and change everything, besides the ecu, would I have to get a ecu for that year of engine I had swappped into my obs also for the chip ?? Or would I have to look for a ecu for the year of my obs and the chip

    Follow the wires and make sure they’re plugged in. That’s the best case scenario. Otherwise you may need a new controller, but they shouldn’t cost too much.

    Can I use it for boiling? Thanks

  • @hoohoohoblin
    @hoohoohoblin15 сағат бұрын

    You can put boiling water into it, but you can’t put fire under it to boil water. It is insulated, so the heat won’t get through it to the water.

    Great video, question, do you know he purpose of the o-ring outside the air suspension? I just noticed the o-ring on my gtx and curious why its outside, hope to hear back from you thanks

  • @hoohoohoblin
    @hoohoohoblin15 сағат бұрын

    Yes. That is there to measure how far the shock absorber moves when you on it. The sag is how much it goes down when you sit on it. Do You want it to sag a little bit for it to work properly. Usually, about a centimeter on a shock this size.

    I have a 76 Shovelhead running a belt drive dry inner primary. The original seal was put in with the Lip towards the outside per the manual. Is the sump on my bike supposed to wet or dry?

  • @hoohoohoblin
    @hoohoohoblin15 сағат бұрын

    The primary oil is different from the engine oil. I think when people run belts, they don’t put oil in the primary, but there is still oil in the motor.

    Question. Did you change the computer or the I C M. first and which fixed it??? Or we're both parts bad

  • @hoohoohoblin
    @hoohoohoblin15 сағат бұрын

    I think I change both. That was a long time ago. I think I bought a new computer and it had the wrong chip in it, so I had to buy the right chip for it.

    ...I believe it's left to right without the motor running several times, then with it running, or instant damage/ hammmering of fluid can happen. Great video thanks. PEACE GRD If we can believe my repair manual and other youtube sites?

  • @hoohoohoblin
    @hoohoohoblin15 сағат бұрын

    The brake pads are definitely loud, but they work. I think you can put better brake pads in it too quiet it down. I haven’t done that yet, but every time I ride it and it squeals, I think I should.

    Tip for people trying to connect the powered mirror that doesn’t have a lot of room. It’s a separate wire in the harness that goes into the door. Remove the rubber tube that protects the harness from the truck to the door, and pull some extra cable out. I had enough extra cable in the dash to get the connector all the way to the top of the door.
