I’m trying to get my dads 88 Ltd back on the road, I just finished swapping the heater core (hated that), but the car won’t start so I can test it… it’s cranks over but won’t start up. Was that the issue you had before doing this repair? I’m trying to narrow down what it could be, any advice would be greatly appreciated💪🏼

I gotta say,what a blast from the past, I'm 28 now, back when I was 19 I was unemployed dirt broke no license no drivable vehicles and straight fucked,I had a 95 k1500 with a blown 4l60 and someone gave me 3 other blown 4l60s. 110% because i had watched your videos years prior rebuilding this vic transmission with a used f150 transmission, I pulled my k1500 transmission and rebuilt it with used parts from the other 3 junk transmissions,every told me I was dumb and it wouldn't work and you can't do that at home, well it worked great,used that truck to get a job and get my license back (shh) and it's because of you lol

As a tip to anyone, DO NOT FORCE THE ENDS like in the video. I did this trying to shut it resulting in bent hinges with a misaligned hood Over doing it will bend them or break the rivets holding the part together.
