    They are 'threadlocked'. Grab some pipe to fit over your socket wrench handle to gain more leverage. I used copper pipe which, surprisingly, didn't bend.

    I had this problem as well with my cim all I had to do was put a small piece of foam behind the steering column before locking it in position and it worked , basically just moved the column casing forward 1mm so the contacts work

    Oil feed gets disconnected at the bottom of the engine near the oil pump. The oil feed pipe stays on the turbo and it all comes out together. At the end of the video you can see both the oil feed and oil return lines are still on the turbo assembly after I got it all out.

    Did you undo the oil feed line from the turbo or from underneath ?

    Hi mate, I see you put an inline in, otherwise it’s literally red to reds and ground the black. So much easier then Iv been seeing and reading… what size inline is that please? Also does it need to have it? Does it have to be glass fuse like you got or can I use a mini blade one

  • @richli808
    @richli808 Жыл бұрын

    Hi, I think it was a 10A fuse, and it came with the camera kit. I figured since it came with the kit then I should probably use it. :)

  • @charliefield8044
    @charliefield8044 Жыл бұрын

    Okay thanks, so I used a 10a mini blade fuse. Done your loop just in a different direction, so I’m fairly certain it’s not that… however, where do you go into the back? Iv gone into the thick red power lead on main loom. Iv read somewhere about a pink lead? Mine only seems to be on the aftermarket loom

    I wonder why not to have the back camera always available, always power up? Then the driver could choose when to take a look backwards.

    @@cenariusbg Nope, yep and nope. Did mine yesterday. Remove the bolts nearer the front of the bench first, slide the bench seat forward, then remove the bolts nearer the rear, then simply lift out. Center rail is easily cleared. FYI, the bench seats weigh about 40kg!

  • @cenariusbg
    @cenariusbgАй бұрын

    @@allieandmaria wtf! 40kg for a bench seat. I use my car for work often and I really hate the middle seat. It takes so much space. If i could remove it easily I would fit so much more stuff, but I am always in a hurry and never justified the time to remove the bench seat so if I have to transport something big I just ride with the 5th door open (in Bulgaria police is not that strict so i don't care much). Thanks for the information, if I do need to remove it at some point I will make sure that I have a buddy to help me out.

  • @allieandmaria
    @allieandmariaАй бұрын

    @@cenariusbg I'm converting mine to a car camper. With that bench seat removed (and taken to the dump (further dismantling makes the weight a little more manageable)), I can get a standard inflatable mat in there ~191cm. Those 30cm of now liberated space make all the difference. I can now carry 133 cans of beans for the same weight. That should last me a while!

Sound is good. Some minor negative points: Cross-talk/interference from the CPU audible when nothing is playing. The Launcher/default screen is not very configurable No slot or cable for a SIM card Spotify app is buggy Tidal app is unusable because it's missing some controls I would consider this one, because the Launcher looks better a-sure.com/products/8-silver-android-10-dab-gps-navi-car-radio-with-octa-core-4gb-ram-64gb-rom-for-opel-vauxhall-corsa-astra-antara-vectra-meriva-zafira-vivaro-%e7%9a%84%e5%89%af%e6%9c%ac Check out idoing - they have an android radio with 6GB ROM. • @richli808
    @richli8086 жыл бұрын

    It's worth taking the time to put on the invis. After just one ride it was already saving the frame from stone chips. The key is the preparation, and the right soap to water mixture. If you don't want to do invis I would at least put some thick rubber tape like scotch 2228 on the down tube.

    Did you not notice the warning right by the torque settings you refer to? I appreciate you must be a bit hacked off, but it's written there right next to the setting; lesson learned I guess, never trust generic torque settings, double check with component specific...

    That's pretty shitty from YT. Even though they covered themselves by saying it's a guideline, they made a mistake and should at least help you partly with a new bar. I just bought a Jeffsy (it's in the mail right now) and tbh this doesn't inspire me with a lot of confidence in YT...

    did u need a shock pump when unboxing your bikes?

  • @richli808
    @richli8086 жыл бұрын

    Nope. The only thing you need for unboxing is a set of Allen keys, to mount the derailleur, handlebar and pedals (bought separately). Then you can go for a ride! But you should really adjust the sag in your shock/fork to fit your weight, and for that you will need a shock pump.
