I have so much respect for you working with the Kindergarten Age Group. I worked with that Age Group for 2 Weeks and Quit. I couldn't do it. I don't have the patience nor the personality for that Age Group. That's a NEEDY AGE Group. I work with High School Kids teaching Business and Finance and in the Dual Enrollment Program as a Manager and I love it.

I graduated with my BA in psychology but absolutely love working with kids, want to become a kindergarten teacher instead. Do you need a BA or did you just go through a credential program? or just your AA?

If you have to do sit down learning that requires the kids to sit for a lengthy time.. try to be more engaging and encourage teacher lead movement. Children are absorbing more than many people believe, even when they are up and moving. Take breaks in between lessons go breath/interact and get them reengaged. Then say “Miss Manda needs to talk right now. When I’m done, then you can have a turn.” I’m loud, obnoxious, engaging but focused… but make expectations match the development of the children I teach. I also have a stop and go timer that gives a tangible item for the kids to see how much time we have left in our learning spots.

To involve , Any town, City, in this 🌏 At the beginning We can more care of students if have 🕙 & need in all places " Education department" & Parents, Teachers to encourage respect to " Observers", They can. To attend the meeting weekly, Quarterly.Monthly to become kids a good citizen, Drugs, cruelty, crimes, big sins free societies thanks

I’m thinking about switching from elementary to early childhood. Can early childhood teach kindergarten or only like daycare and pre k?
where i live, its pre-k - 3rd grade
Depending on if you get an associates or bachelors. With an associate only pre k or daycare with a bachelors you can do prek -3 rd grade :)
Please take into consideration the safety of the kids. You are giving out times and where they are at those times. Also take out the names.
