  Ultimately, Kiritsugu is in the right, but he earns SERIOUS “dick move points” for doing what he did. There’s no true honor in this world, but that doesn’t mean it should be mocked.

  You know I actually looked at Fate zero and it was actually a pretty cool anime to say the least I even look at the Manga version of it maybe I might probably look at more fate anime maybe later on or soon it's sure great looking at some good anime shows even if it is entertaining it feels like that you are part of the whole series 😉👍

  Giles in this form has mental corruption almost as bad as a beserker because this is him after jeanne de arc(the jeanne he keeps referring to by the way)was burned at the stake and betrayed by the church and French Royalty and he saw Jeanne as the Savior of the world so in a way for him it was like seeing Jesus die himself ...as for Excalibur it's a construct weapon made by the Fae folk that draws strength from the breath of the planet or it's life force so in a sense it's like Goku's Spirit bomb except she's not taking a piece from everything she's literally concentrating all the life force of the planet into her sword

  as far as fate lore goes Lancelot believes that the beserker class is the proper class for him instead of saber where he appears as his normal self because he laments that his affair with Guinevere ended the Camelot legend and yet Arthur never hated or despised him for it which he felt was wrong he wanted Arthur(Artoria) to punish him for it and beserker class was how he thought it would happen ......also they say in the subs that Ea is an anti-world noble phantasm but as the reactors were guessing it's actually an Anti-Reality Noble Phantasm because when he uses it like he does in Fate Grand order he's bascially using the big bang as a weapon

  For those that are just offended by Gilgamesh or those that don't really understand what are Gilgamesh's and Rider's take on who should take the grail, here's to help you understand a bit. Gilgamesh isn't actually just "full of himself". He is actually right on his claims even if he seems like a jerk Gilgamesh actually owns the entire world. This is basically just logic Gilgamesh isn't just an ordinary king. He is a very special God King. Gods own the world that they created. And Gilgamesh is even more special because the Gods created Gilgamesh to rule/own earth. (He isn't like other kings trying to rule over a kingdom. Because he is a God, he is basically ruling over his own property since the world belongs to God) The holy grail therefore, belongs to Gilgamesh since everything in the world belongs to Gilgamesh and all the other heroic servants are thieves. He is fighting (somewhat) in the grail war to punish the thieves who are trying to steal his treasure. Rider admits that the Holy Grail belongs to Gilgamesh. If Gilgamesh wants to, he will just give the grail to anyone but he doesn't need to give it because the other servants do not acknowledge him as their king. In fact he is even pissed off because the other servants are so ignorant that they don't even recognize him. Rider doesn't acknowledge Gilgamesh to be his king but he does acknowledge that the rightful owner of the grail is Gilgamesh because he acknowledges that Gilgamesh owns the entire world. But since he is a conqueror, he is basically trying to take away the grail through right of conquest and is in rebellion of Gilgamesh's rule

  For those who don't know the backstory of Lancelot: Lancelot was the strongest Knight of the Round Table. He can be said to be good friends with King Arthur. He is well known to be able to wield anything as a weapon with maximum proficiency, defeating a knight or swordsman with just a branch from a tree. This is why his Noble Phantasm in this Holy Grail War, Knight of Owner: A Knight does not die with empty hands, is the ability to use anything as a Noble Phantasm. From the light pole he used when he first appeared, to the fighter jet that he hijacked and then to the submachine guns he is wielding in this episode. Lancelot is also well known for keeping his identity disguised and entering tournaments and competitions and winning for the sake of others. This is where his concealment Noble Phantasm, For Someone's Glory: Not for one's own glory, came to be. Although, as a Berserker he is unable to utilise this Noble Phantasm properly as it was intended to be, it still managed to keep his identity concealed before he pulled out his signature weapon Arondight. The downfall and madness of Lancelot came from love. He fell in love with and started an affair with Queen Guinevere, the wife of King Arthur. When the affair got discovered, King Arthur merely banished him from the Knights of the Round Table instead. Due to him betraying the knightly code that he lived for, betraying his master and friend King Arthur, Lancelot felt guilty and wanted to be punished. However, instead of being punished severely, he was merely exiled. The guilt he carried made him go insane instead. The prerequisite of being able to be summoned as a Berserker is that, the Heroic Spirit must have lost himself/herself to madness or rage in their lifetime and legend. This is why Beserkers are generally great warriors that were prone to go into some frenzied bloodlust or bloodthirsty state when fighting. Notable such Berserkers include Lu Bu, and Heracles (Hercules).

  Interesting is the fact that beyond Rider'speech and the belittling of Saber... They all know Saber was right. The king in his position is always alone. After Alexander's death his trusted generals turned on each other and those loyal to Alexander like Eumenes (the dude looking alike Velvet Waver) got killed, the others founded their own dinasty, like Ptolemaios becoming Egypt pharaoh. Meanwhile Gilgamesh had only one single individual he considered as a friend and peer (Enkidu). So they were all equally alone, without anyone to share their burden with.

  I agree with you as well, While I think Alexander's speech is cool and like him as a character, I think he was quick to belittle Artoria like I love the ideals but I feel people side with him a lot when I see reactions when I feel both had different ways they ruled and none are fully wrong or right but I would prefer to be ruled over by Artoria since I would have lived longer under her rule she was a good ruler and the knights of the round would have slapped Iskandar silly with his words towards her even tho they had grievances towards her at times they still saw her as an amazing and wonderful ruler even Lancelot in his dying words called her "the greatest king who has ever lived" also ironic Gil laughs and mocks her when he ends up kinda like her after his quest for immortality and losing his best friend in his legend, he becomes more of a kind and caring ruler listening to people and protecting them putting his people before himself etc

  He once again chose the Majority by rejecting the grail. Chad Kiritsugu upon realizing the Grail is an evil thing. Fate: Heavens feel, reveals that an evil spirit is within the grail. Should a greater grail, one uncorrupted by an evil spirit appear. Kiritsugu could actually have removed the evil from within people. But sadly this grail was a demon.
