I understand. I live in NC also! I finally found a channel dedicated to Poodles 🎉. I have 2 Blue Standards.

So why do you reverse comb? I’ve never seen that would love to learn why and if I need to start doing that too!

I’ve had a standard poodle for close to a year now and I cannot believe how fast their hair grows. I’m grooming my dog myself and your channel is really helping me learn the process. Thanks 👍🏻

Thanks for the video. I am learning. Every section of my standard poodle is its own project and learning process. Subbed 👍🏻

Wow, that’s so cool how you go around the ear. My groomer I had charged me $110.00 just to do a all over 1/2” cut except the ears and tail. Now I’m trying to do it myself.

I think we call this the "kennel clip" or is the lamb clip something different?

That was really helpful. Thank you. What do you use for bacteria and fungus that you mentioned?

What is the name of the powder you used?
@simplisticpoodlegrooming Жыл бұрын
The one I am using is Gimborn R7 Ear powder but there are other brands that work just as well. Some of my other top choices are Miracle Ear, Professional Pet Products ear powder, Bio Groom ear powder and Four Paws Ear powder. They all are equally the same. I have used others that do not absorb the oils in the hair of the canal like these do.

I feel like I never have time to learn how to do these poodle cuts. Thank you for filming this so I can refer to it when I do my first poodle lamb cut in the salon! Gorgeous result, gorgeous poodle. That coloring is my favorite.

Great video! As a groomer, I wish owners would keep on the homework so this is always doable! Unfortunately here, not ever 🙄

Thank you. You mentioned using a 2" comb for a Poodle topknot like you used for the Poodle tail. Do you have a video for that please?
