Hey did you have any symptoms
Just having to pee a lot at night, minimum nausea, spotting and missed period. That was weeks 1-4. After 4 weeks I started getting more symptoms.
@@summerquiroga How bad it was your nausea.And if you was too nauseous do you know what to do about it cause i'm worried
@@catlove111 It wasn’t bad at all but once I felt it coming I started drinking Ginger Ale and they have lollipops at target for nausea!

It's not recommended to drink energy drinks wile pregnant due to the high caffine in one drink. What i know, redbull has the lowest caffine, at least in sweden. 110 g in redbull. Celsius, nocco has 180 and 200 mg in one can. But i think is okey to drink half 🌷
Thank you for this! I try to stay with the low caffeine and I’ll just drink a few sips here and there. I need the taste haha
If you need energy during your pregnancy use vitamin B12 it helps a ton

I have had lucozade but I will not drink a red bull or a monster or anything like that! Those have warning labels on them that say they’re not recommended for pregnant people due to the high caffeine content.
I’ve never heard of that drink but I’ll look it up! Thank you :) Once my pregnancy was confirmed I immediately stopped drinking energy drinks but I do miss them /:

Can you help me understand what the benefit is to taking a realtor with me to new builds? How much negotiation can there actually be?
Most Realtors represent you and look out for your best interest, some know the ins/outs of the contracts, they know how to keep escrow moving along smoothly. Remember that new build Sales Reps only represent the Builders not the buyers. A buyer will go in unrepresented if they don’t use a Realtor.If something looks “fishy” during escrow I’ll point it out to my buyer and the sales rep so it can be taken care of correctly! Also I personally like to help my clients with closing costs for new builds and negotiate incentives. *My Buyers do not pay for my commission.
These prices are so crazy, who is buying right now? I want to know what they do for a living, how much they make, and how are they affording these homes 😂
Honestly a lot of people are buying! We just closed 4 escrows this month. People have been saving for a down payment which is a minimum of 3.5-5% of the purchase price and me as their agent is negotiating incentives! Also, prices tend to go up in the spring time so right now the houses are “cheaper”
@@summerquiroga people are paying $4,900 -$5,600 a month for mortgage in menifee? I scratch my head at how much these people must be making 😂 for context I bought at $260k for a 3 br -2 bath in menifee 9 years ago 🫠

Here In Evansville ours are strict too and some imposed limits that helps but Meijer puts em out early. I don't mind resellers that sell a new cup because they bought extra or maybe they bought 3 and didn't really want 3 but I hate the ones that are the kind of resellers that clear a shelf on purpose just to resell.
I love this. I love that you got all the cups you wanted. I definitely got all the ones I wanted and some key chains too. I got 2 of the diamond unicorn ventis. I wanted the mushroom and I ended up with the Fox that I didn't want the intent was to take it back but I ended up liking it more than the mushroom even the ugly flower one sold out here.

@@summerquiroga No someone even asked me that too in one of my videos, basically honestly I'm just picking these up because we finally have them, we'd never get the key chains here even on the 1st day of release now that we're getting them I've been picking them up 1 by 1 I have 2 of the unicorn key chains and if i see another Spearmint cup or another unicorn in the venti or the Grande I'll probably get one as a Christmas gift for somebody.

I called them and asked, they said it would be outside :) They had it inside during COVID and I think during the winter they have it inside. Congratulations! It’s going to be beautiful !!!!
Beautiful wedding! I’m getting married at the same location! Since it’s our first time I’m so confused, I hope you can give me some insight if it’s not too much trouble. We applied online for a marriage license and have an appointment on April, my question is that day would we just be getting our marriage license and have a civil ceremony, or would we need to reschedule for a ceremony? I would really appreciate your advice!
@jessicapimentel8454 I believe it would be your civil ceremony. The date that you pick on the calendar is the date that you get married and you’ll fill out your marriage certificate that same day and you’ll pay for a copy of your license to get mailed to you all on the same day. If it rains they’ll have the ceremony inside.
