If you need energy during your pregnancy use vitamin B12 it helps a ton

It's not recommended to drink energy drinks wile pregnant due to the high caffine in one drink. What i know, redbull has the lowest caffine, at least in sweden. 110 g in redbull. Celsius, nocco has 180 and 200 mg in one can. But i think is okey to drink half 🌷

Thank you for this! I try to stay with the low caffeine and I’ll just drink a few sips here and there. I need the taste haha

Just having to pee a lot at night, minimum nausea, spotting and missed period. That was weeks 1-4. After 4 weeks I started getting more symptoms.

@@catlove111 It wasn’t bad at all but once I felt it coming I started drinking Ginger Ale and they have lollipops at target for nausea!
