Morphe is front! No, I mean back! I dunno, I only have a set of their brushes 🤷♀️
the morphe 2 skin tint is actually beautiful, i have textured skin and when i wear it i get so many compliments on my skin which i never get
That 2016 tutorial took me baaaaack 😭
Dang the client was trying so hard not to be perceived as rude and the mua was so animated and confrontational. The mua didn't even try to hear her client. Also that make up look is a little too strong/bold. Mua needs to hear the client out! 18:40 that's oogly, why did she do that to this beautiful woman
I bought the palette with the gold in the middle and I love it! I was unaware of Morphes problems.
No no and Hayul to the no as we say in the southern US- bad employment practices would turn me away from anything, Especially some shatty products!!
I’m sorry, I have the privilege of most brands including my skin tone in foundations. But all I have to say is… what?! I swear they looked at one Latina, made the foundation shade and thought “Oh yeah, this very specific warm undertoned tan will fit every Latina out there!” - A rightfully confused, salty, and neutral toned Latina
As a former assistant manager for them Morphe can straight up SUCK IT. To find out they knew for an entire year they ultimately were going to close is unforgiving. It changed my outlook on corporate America and how they basically can just do wtf they want to do, file bankruptcy and still walk away with millions. I am happy to say though that them closing was the best thing because now I am thriving with a new job! 2 promotions in a year and a half (Better benefits and Pay). Thank you Morphe for being absolute trash
Do you have a see thru lid primer on? I think a lighter pigment on the lid as a prime would help the yellow at least be more yellow instead of that almost orange
Ur eye makeup looks stunning! Need to buy the pallets to recreate this look.
Beautiful look!
Love💕
I like that the yellow has a nice yellowness to it
Jefferies and Cerberus, now owners of Forma are lending companies. They seem to have kept at least one of the old CEOs on for Morphe. Idk. If you’re sinking on a ship and a doorkeeper for Hades comes and smiles and says, ‘I can fix this!’ Is that good call, or do you just jump onto some boards and float away?😂 And oh my, you would be a greasy mess with all that sticky stuff. Imagine in the US heat right now! 🫠
I hate to say it, but I like the look of them all, and I'm not that into makeup. I mean, I obviously am, but I hardly wear makeup. But those sound lush and hydrating. Plus I'm a sucker for metallic and shimmering shadows. I don't know much about the morphe history, better go find a vid of you telling me all about it ☺️💜🖤
I’m a 41 yr old mom who loves to take my sweet time painting my face. Sorry not sorry
Those lips are so plump and those eyes are so classy
i got the rose to fame pallet as a gift and i actually like it. i would never buy it for myself but im gonna use what i got🤷♀️
Algorithm! Plus I’m bad at makeup but at least I cost nothing!
I didn’t like the way Morphe treated their staff either. But I do believe in second chances. We all will never know what happened behind the scenes, so in my mind, second chance. With that, I still have two of the big palettes from back in the day. But I have recently purchased a newer palette and absolutely love it. I also have two of Morphe 2’s blotted lipsticks and again, love them. Those purchases were not me checking for Morphe, but picking them up as an addition to a purchase and was pleasantly surprised. Like that influencer said I the video, the price point is right. And if I can find makeup that is affordable and I like it, I see it as a win. But if Morphe messed up one more time, well then it’s curtains.
lowkey sad bc morphe 2 made a really good cool dark brown eyeliner ugh
Who started this disastrous trend of clicking their lousy fingernails off of products? Make it STOP😫
OMG toyses for the doggies? What a great concept!! Products of the year!! 🏆🦴😂❤+❤
We have morphe 2 in Target lol next to our always empty colourpop 😅
Morphe needs to disappear. Cannot and will not support them. I felt super gross the one time I bought a pallet from them
Morphe is one of my favorite brands 😫
Oh shit, Robert if you love me, don’t show that ASMR shit, I beg of you. 🙏🏻
You look wonderful today. I hope you’re over feeling crusty and gross 😁
The first time i tried a cushion foundation was years ago, it was a dollar store brand and I found it to work and look amazingly on my skin.
😊
I absolutely love Robert
I watched that netflix show about makeup artists contest… and noticed some of the contestants can not even match themselves… Btw I stopped looking for perfect bronzer that is not too yellow/orange… instead I go with pressed powder that is a bit darker than my shade and it works like a charm

Perhaps communicate about what look she was going for in the first place? Very confusing because she sat there and got her makeup done and didn’t like the outcome, so what in the world did she tell the makeup artist that she wanted originally? Did she bring a picture of it? I was waiting for her to talk about how she showed the makeup artist what she wanted or something but I digress. Communication could’ve prevented this nonsense. Perhaps she should’ve left once she saw she was going to be recorded as well. I would have just left soon as I saw she was on social media.

I've just recently gone head-first into the makeup world, but I've known about Morphe for a long time. Nothing they have isn't something I can get for better and less from Colourpop.
I found this really interesting. Morphe is sold in Australia/NZ in Mecca stores (southern hemisphere equivalent of Sephora) and is actually quite popular over here lol- maybe we're keeping them going??? Their most popular items are their brushes, eyeshadows and setting spray. I for one have the gold setting spray as a must have in my collection
if that foundation was from another brand I'd probably try it but honestly no matter how good any of their current/future products are, I simply won't support the brand because I think the people running it are kind of the worst and I don't want any of my money going to them.
Feel better soon 🤍
Morphe used to be awesome. Never high quality but good enough for us that wanted to express our artistry and not break the bank. Then quality kept going down & we didn’t need to have 50 35 pans, and it became boring. Then all that mess with their own employees and stores.
I honestly always thought they looked cheap...lol & not in an affordable accessible way like Wet & Wild & Rimmel was in my teenage days. More like cheap as in bad quality!🤷♀️😁
I think the Balm’s packaging/theming is what makes it memorable. It’s pretty cheeky and unique and really kind of unifies their brand as a whole. They are definitely overpriced though which is what’s kept me from trying them.
1:58 Sorry, but I can't trust news from someone that overuses "like" and says "or whoever" and "court thing." xD
No because theyre bad people... The only explanation reqiured haha
I agree with most of them but Nudestix could be more opportunistic because stick formulas in general are having a moment. You have Westman Atelier which is mostly sticks, Ilia getting in on it, and cream blush and contour are having a moment. Just saying… I am of a certain age… 43 and I still have oily skin. The Westman is more refined for sure but too emollient for my skin type. I am loving the Ilia now… both the stick foundation and the new lip pencil which is kind of like NARS chubby pencils are but not so drying but with the longevity. But I did notice the artist that worked on Margot Robbie for the Barbie press went on about the bronzers and blushes from Nudestix. Maybe they are a little underrated and they need to market better… but, the market is not bad for their type of products.
Can you also do a review about il mikiage primer. I have never seen a review from a real beauty blogger.. thank you
