Having a cash isa is a good way of securing your annual allowance as you can easily shift it into (or out of) a stocks and shares isa all within the tax free wrapper. It can be a useful mechanism depending on your circumstances or appetite for risk. For many stock and shares isa providers, the interest on the cash portion can be poor - Vanguard for example. Trading 212 is bucking the trend by offering a higher interest rate, but it’s not fully transparent where the cash is being held (they choose between banks or ploughing it into money markets) and the protections around it vary.

When the market pulls back, all I can do is stay calm and take it in stride.
This reminds me of the so called "Halal" ETFs
Thanks for keeping us updated! I feel sympathy and empathy for our country. low income people are suffering to survive, and I appreciate Victoria Anne Leonard. You've helped my family with your advice. imagine investing $30,000 and receiving $95,460 after 28 days of trading.
I began investing in stocks and Def earlier this year, and it is the best choice I've ever made. My portfolio is rounding up to almost a million and I have realized that when a stock makes it to the news, chances are you're quite late to the party, the idea is to get in early on blue chips before it becomes public. There are lots of life changing opportunities in the market, and maximize it.
What opportunities are there in the market, and how do I profit from it?
You can make a lot of money from the market regardless of whether it strengthens or crashes. The key is to be well positioned.
I would really like to know how this actually works.
All you need is a good capital and the service of a professional broker, with those your investment will most certainly produce high yields.
It’s common sense. In order to cut Fed must increase money supply. That spikes inflation. Bond holders then require higher yield on long term bonds which will cause long term rates to go up, while the fed is dropping short term rates. The fed obviously knows economics and knows this. But, their purpose is to save a dying economy at the expense of higher long term rates, until the collapse happens - in other words the rate cuts are designed to “kick the can down the road” at the expense of a worse collapse. The final conclusion can only be that this is a controlled collapse, engineered as the great economic reset with the participants being the fed, well for me tho Bitcoin is the ultimate defence against a tyrannical government.r.....I've been engaged in active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Francine Duguay, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.
Francine duguay program is widely available online..
The market has gone berserk! whether you're a newbie or a veteran trader, everyone needs a sort of coach at some point to thrive forward.
I appreciate the professionalism and dedication of the team behind Francine's trade signal service.
Francine goes deeper than just looking at surface-level trends. she explores technical, fundamental, and sentiment analysis, offering a comprehensive perspective on the market..
The clarity and precision in Francine market predictions are astounding. I'm so grateful to have found her reviews here on KZread as well.
i’m still up 14%
I think there should be one type of ISA, hold what you want. Could rename it the inheritable pension account. Have to name a person you want to leave it to. Tax free but 2% admin fee when you die to distribute the ISA to however many people you left it to. Could be open to anyone on Earth. This would bring money back into London and UK again.
Just buy Bitcoin and ETH and 5x your money in the long run. ISA is good for mindless 9-5 sheep that plan to slave at work for 50 years of their life. I want to retire ASAP as working is simply a complete waste of my life.
What do you think of L&G PMC Future World Fund 3 (Fund ID: BJ13) as a pension fund?
Taxation is theft!

I'm new to cryptocurrency investment. I've incurred so much losses trying to trade by myself. Please can someone tell me what I'm not doing right?
Thank you for the good content and information regarding pensions. No one has ever explained it like this in much detail. I guess I have some homework to do.
I've been trading for 7 months now but no good returns rather I loss and blow up my account. Its really heart breaking.
For me the best thing you can do to yourself is to find a professional that can take care of your account and minimize your loss to the nearest course.
Inspiring! do you think you can give me some advice on how to invest in a healthy way as you are doing?
Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into investing without a good experience or someone with the right strategies is a big risk, I recommend mrs Christina Robertson.
am looking for something to venture into on a short term basis, i have about $10k sitting in my savings, How can i contact her.
SHE IS ON TELEGRAMS.💥💥

Investing in a stock may look straightforward, but choosing the right stock without a proven technique can be difficult. I've been attempting to grow my $210,000 portfolio for a while, but the largest impediment is a lack of defined entry and exit strategy. Any input on this matter would be highly appreciated.
The strategies are rigorous for the regular person. In fact, they are primarily executed successfully by professionals who possess a great deal of expertise and knowledge to carry out such trades effectively.
Some individuals minimize the importance of counsel until their own feelings become overwhelming. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm afloat. I looked for licensed advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.
That make a lot of sense; unlike us, you seem to have the market sorted out. Who's guiding you?
'Nicole Anastasia Plumlee' is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I conducted an online search for her complete name and located her page. Subsequently, I reached out via email to schedule a meeting for a discussion; I am now awaiting her response.
I checked my GE portfolio 237.28% since I bought it
Cool :) So you've owned it since around 1997 and the total return since then (including ALL dividends is 240%) During the same time period, the S&P 500 has done 933% including all dividends. GE has underperformed the market by more than 700%....
Last SNP drop from 2003 to 2011 like your graph shows had good years, like 2004. +9%, 2013 + 13%, 2009 + 23%, 2010 + 12%.
Great video ive brought VUSA & VEVE both performing really well in vanguard portfolio
Too simplistic
These figures are a joke, how we just get on with life being poor instead of demanding to get a decent salary for the 6th biggest economy in the world, BTW I'm well inside the top 10% so this isn't envy just disgust and easy to see why UK economy stagnates the last decade or more when no one who lives here has a reasonable wage
It's simple to buy a stock, but extremely challenging to choose the appropriate one without a tried-and-true plan. Since I don't know the best entry and exit tactics, growing my $160,000 portfolio has been a huge difficulty for me. Any recommendations would be highly appreciated.
When it comes to their exposure, investors should use care and be wary of making fresh investments. Such high profits are only possible with the help of a qualified or reliable counsel.
True, some folks employ hedging strategies or devote a portion of their portfolio to defensive assets that perform well and such pointers are provided by engaging the services of market experts just like i did in 2019, amid rona-outbreak, and as of today, i can boost of a 45% enhancement on my $1m portfolio after acquiring assets recommended by my advisor.
Mind if I ask you to recommend this particular coach you using their service ?
NICOLE ANASTASIA PLUMLEE is her name. She is regarded as a genius in her area and works for Empower Financial Services. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
She appears to be well-educated and well-read. I ran an online search on her name and came across her website; thank you for sharing.
How about changing the rules to be able to open a new or add £20,000 to an ISA every 6 months instead of every year, enabling money to be moved from other low interest accounts quicker. Don’t know why it wouldn’t work!

I'm no longer confident in my investment strategy due to the impending recession. I aim to reallocate my $250K portfolio. What's the most effective strategy to do it right?
Considering diversification is excellent. Now might be a good time to consult a financial advis0r for expert advice and seize opportunities in this volatile market.
Accurate asset allocation is crucial, I used hedging strategies to allocate part of my portfOlio to defensive assets for market downturns. Expert guidance is vital for achieving this. This approach has helped me stay finan-cially secure for over five years, yielding nearly $1 million in returns on invest-ments.
pls how can I reach this expert, I need someone to help me manage my portfolio.
I'm cautious about giving specific recommendations since this is an online forum and everyone situation is unique, but I've worked with "Melissa Elise Robinson" for years and highly recommend her. Look her up to see if she meets your criteria.
Melissa Elise Robinson is the licensed advisor I use. Just google the name and you’d find necessary details. To be honest, I almost didn't buy the idea of letting someone handle growing my finance, but so glad I did.
Really appreciate a simple no BS step by step approach 🙏
Do you think it's a good time to consider selling some stocks, or is it better to hold onto them for the long term? I’m considering rebalancing my $2M portfolios, So I'm curious about the best strategies to invest this year.
I guess it's important to reassess your investment strategies based on current market conditions. You should also consider a market expert to guide you.
Having the correct plan in place is crucial; my portfolio is well-suited to each season of the market and recently experienced a 100% increase from early last year. My CFP and I are working on a 7-figure target, albeit this could take until Q4 2024.
could you share more info please on the advisor that guides youcould you share more info please on the advisor that guides you

Investing in stock market is like doing calculus. It’s not 1+1. You got to know what you need and want and change up companies and such. You did good on this video
I am a new dreamer planning to start trading. Thanks for great ideas
I'm old enough to remember when ISAs were first introduced and the Cash option has always been a damn disgrace. The big hook for ISAs is tax exemption but it's negligible where passive savings are concerned. Simply put, cash can't increase in value, only yield through controlled and charged lending, and Cash ISAs are little more than savings accounts with marketing spin offering an extra little snack on top of inflation (when possible). Fair enough if you're terrified of investing, but even tame "granny" bond ETFs would trounce the Paddington pennies from Cash ISAs.
"One Up On Wall Street" is really good! Especially the part where he says "Buy stocks in companies with boring names, in boring areas that do boring things." That concept has worked very well for me. Of course "Intelligent Investor " and "Mastering the Market" is also on my Top 5 list.
I'm biased towards the American market.
You can only blame people who voted labour.Pensioners have already lost their winter fuel allowance!!
They want to control your money
I am new to investing, actually have not made my first investment yet. However I would love to get into this as I am in my mid 50s and have no pension apart from the state one. I have recently had some inheritance hence the interest. I live in the North East of Scotland and have gone through Unbiased to find a trusted financial advisor in the area but they have been unable to help. Could anyone suggest someone who could possibly help me so that I can start on this exciting journey.
terrible goverment tax us to pay for benefit fiddlers and immigrants
The markets are alot more volatile these days impacted by the financial situations of each country on the market. It makes sense to buy and hold for short term profits.
I dont even know where the stock market is headed to right now. my portfolio of around 200k is not increasing more than 5% and people are predicting a crash .
i'd advise you redistribute assets in your portfolio with the help of a pro so you don't get burnt in the market

'Sharon Ann Meny' is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment
Thank you for the recommendation. I'll send her an email, and I hope I'm able to reach her.
I’m mostly in cash and waiting for market to re-level on the reality of our situation. Or are there any ways I can avoid a crunch and maximize my savings of $550k? I know election years are positive for the stock market about 90% of the time. Meanwhile, I'm just focused on making better investments and earning more as recession fear increases.
I agree that there are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such executions are usually carried out by investment experts or advisors with experience
Agreed, It's essential to diversify your portfolio. While quality stocks are a solid foundation, you should also consider other assets to spread risk. Thankfully, I can attest to the success of this approach aided by professional guidance seeing my portfolio of $330k grow by 15% this year alone... maybe you should do the same.
This is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any professional i can get on the phone with? i'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation
Marina Carolina Nice is her name. She is regarded as a genius in her area and works for Empower Financial Services. By looking her up online, you can quickly verify her level of experience. She is well knowledgeable about financial markets.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850K
Interesting video, but where are you getting these average rents from the uk? The median rent in Exeter is actually £1450 4:37 (home.co.uk based upon market rental data( private rental)), decreasing to £1214 (ons)- £393pcm in your statistics? I appreciate this video is old but even so £393 pcm. Brighton is £1734? Also. Your pay percentile information is based upon paye earners (this does not include self employed, dividends etc. it is based upon tax received - however something you are missing is that pension contributions are taken prior to the tax brackets being assigned. This means that you can fall into a lower tax bracket based upon pension contributions alone , there are other payroll schemes that can reduce the income tax bracket. It is also worth mentioning our student loans form a tax 9% of income that kicks in at different levels, our national insurance is 12%. If anyone is watching this post and wanting to check associated living costs in the uk please do not rely on the information in this video, the information can be found on the ONS website, homes.co.uk for real-time market rent prices, the ONS also provides reporting on paye income payers.
One big issue comes for people born and being British, also having an American Citizenship from birth, can't invest in stock and share ISA. This is very problematic and there should be some instrument for this situation. You essentially have people born bred British, and happen to have an American passport. Forced to only use cash ISA and they can't pass forward their allowance either due to being American citizen, even though they never lived there.
Scrap divideds tax!!!
I have a pension that ive tried to transfer to VANGUARD. Guess what i cant transfer untill i pay a financial adviser to sign a document advising that ive been advised what is best for me. Only theni can have the funds released.
If it's a defined benefit pension then to stop what would, for most, be a terrible financial decision to transfer to a defined contribution pension, there is the safeguard in place of requiring regulated advice.
Any idea how much that will cost?
@@notwkrail Several thousands.
Haha cheers
