Watched this with my Vietnam War vet Dad , twice and he said although it brought back some memories of his time there, perfectly capture the horrors of jungle warfare, this did not.... Neat looking game though

I remember playing this map with local militia (the only team I played, actually) and wall-breaching the first wall to the toilets. There's no such thing as "we only have one access" :D It was a bloodbath after that anyways.

The second I see Karma upload a Vietnam op, I get an insufferable itch to watch it immediately, and feed my craving for this top tier quality content. Never thought you could convey 'Nam heroin withdrawal, but thats how it feels to get another dose of the good stuff. 10/10 recommend though.

this intro is so sad... starting from Project Reality. For me BF was always something between arcade shooter like CoD and full on sim like OFP(ArmA), it was much more about teamplay, tactics, not just dumb action when enemy can just respawn behind you, then for whatever dumb reason EA decided to make their own CoD and BF pretty much died.
16:10 Why is this gunner dude is using what looks like a Soviet MG instead of M249 or it was M60 during Vietnam? Anyway it was most likely not a Soviet weapon. Or its not Soviet, doesnt looks like an American weapon.
SOG guys sometimes used eastern bloc weapons so if they died out in the field it wouldn't be traced back to the US
