  It’s been a while but I believe it was injectable propofol, tramadol, an NSAID, lidocaine, and maybe xylazine or ketamine? They couldn’t use opioids at the time.

Qual o volume em "mL" do medicamento Fentanyl utilizado nesse procedimento ? (*) = concentração da ampola de Fentanyl. Por: "Análise Dimensional" mL = mL/50mcg x 0,03mcg/kg x 10jg/min x 60min/h x h/3ml x 60ml = 7,2. Resposta: "7,2 ml (360 mcg) de Fantanyl". Resolva a questão a sua maneira e compare as duas formas de resolução.

  typically using a catheter with a larger balloon will help, but of course it depends on the size of the dog. a proper Fecal Management System with a double-ballon insert is more practical for giant breeds.

  helpful but would be much cleaner if all the extra info he gave was cut out and just stuck to the calculation! at this point do not need to talk about how 2nd medication is given and calibration etc.

  I used to clamp and then tie, but as I got more experienced as a surgeon and started using a Miller's knot I would just tie directly without clamping.

  An experienced surgeon could for sure, but this video was taken when I was still a student. That last knot is called an Aberdeen knot and is used routinely. Thanks for your helpful input?

  CPE-Clinical Profficiency Exam its the hands on 7 section 3 day exam(necropsy,bovine,equine.surgery,anesthesia,radiology and small animals) when you are foreign veterinary graduate and you want to obtain US veterinary doctor degree(european veterinarian degree is not recognized In USa,Canada.Australia and New Zealand -by passing Cpe you can practise in all those countries..
