  I 'm a close friend of the person in this video, he has thankfully made mostly a full recovery, however: The left handlebar made a profound impact to his rear posterior tube to speak, so my much so that they had to leave the portion of handlebar and break lever lodged in there to heal around it as it was too risky to remove, and drill a hole in it for the 'necessary matter' to pass through. Hope you are doing better now bud love you x

  If I was him I would just stay on the bike you would have a better chance of walking away with less injuries if he was on the bike then if he just let go and fell off ive fell off a 40 foot drop and just broke my left ankle.
