would you sell the cosworth rep?
Great little video series. Interestingly I have the same exhaust and CAIS and mine does sound very deep with very little rasp and also not a huge amount of noise (which I love, not a fan of alot of noise). In the video it almost sounds like the cosworth kept the deep and no rasp exhaust note but when you fitted the mountune inlet the tone changed and it sounds abit raspier now? Would this be correct or is it just the camera audio picks up the inlet drone more?

@@Ts555sT what issues did you have with gearboxes? I've got metal caged bearings and LSD and had a full strip and rebuild 30k ago.

Did you abandon the spoiler project or do you have a surprise for us?
@@robertorodriguez2293 spoiler project is still underway. Stalled due to one of the resins not going off back in February. New endplates made and I picked up a donor boot to make an assembly jig with. Something for September!

Is this car around.. let's say north of Bristol, south of Glos area? I saw it near my house and it caught my eye. I've got a Fiesta ST track day car, so hearing it made me have a look 👀
similair results to mine, what was your end ftlbs / nm torque? it looks to be around 170ftlbs?
@@DriveWithAndy interesting yeah - there's always a difference in the rollers between tuners, but looks to be similar to yours. Looking st your dyno graph you have a peak in torque at 4700rpm, whereas this is a bit flatter, peaking nearer 6k.
@@hengineer1 maybe that's down to I went with phase 1 Newman cams as I was advised to get more lower down torque go phase 1. No one ever really does that but I thought I'd try as didn't want it all close to the red line. But basically same sort of mods and same power 👌👍

I like my cossie replica inlet - had it for the best part of 10 years! Mountune is better on paper and sounds better most of the time. I would have said the last 500rpm sound better on the cossie though! What do you think?
Why not just vent the breather to atmosphere? Any reasons other than legalities?
@@tomguerin4584 smells bad, would leave off a pipe / need a bung post filter on the silicone elbow. It's how the CAIS comes...
@@hengineer1 fair enough! Just seems mad when it creates so many issues for these engines in the long run. Makes a right mess of the TB, MAP sensor and inlet long term. Cheers for the reply, subscribed. 👍🏼
Happy to see that you changed the inlet manifold and found another model with long runners! I hope it has good glow and the powerband raises a bit, as wished by you on the dyno runs comparison. I'm looking for a new video with the dyno run! Cheers!

Really well presented, clear and concise. I'm very local to Jamsport and mine is nearly ready for a remap. Hopefully get that done in September. I went mountune air box and a full exhaust (including the matching Evo2 header which i had heat-wrapped by Jamsport already, prior to install) but nothing more than that engine wise, not looking for big power just get a bit of a bump keep it OEM+ and get the emissions back in line. I'm also not telling you how much I (over)paid for the mountune airbox, and def not telling you how much the Mountune embossed floor mats i found after that, were either!
@@djmandrick The Mountune tax is bonkers! I've got the original Milltek mani on my exhaust - told I could have made 5-10ponies more if I refreshed the engine, skimmed the head for more compression and to the tune of £2000... I think I'll wait for the dreaded oil drinking to begin!

Brilliant video, very clear instructions. It must be very nice for something that you spent quite alot of money on being fairly easy to fit. Im surprised you were able to fit it without having to take the front bumper and crashbar off.

Dear god, also we have similar careers and names I assume (lol), this is fabulous. I'm am and always have been a huge fast fords guy, both Australian and euro. I just grabbed a little tidy XR4 Fiesta (a nod to our XR6 and 8's over here) (an ST150) and have been convinciny myself not to go full rally wrap but I simply cannot resist anymore haha, mine is also the same performance blue too and I'd been meaning to own one for ages now and am so chuffed driving it the past few weeks, wonderful little car. I'll go back and watch your other videos now of the wrap but my question is, I have wrapped plenty of bikes, and pain protection pieces and tint in the past, where do I buy everything I need or this excact kit (if you haven't already given a link in the other videos). Outstanding video mate this little fiesta just warms my heart.

Good video mate at 22 i had an st 150 with the jamsport 200 spec was great fun taking it to car meets. Never tracked it but went to lakeside a lot and back in the day that place was like a track day. Interesting information mine was frozen white with 197bhp and 148ft lbs.. it used todo over 70 in second gear ⚙️ 😆 but topped out at like 130 though in 5th it needed a 6th gear. Shame its gone now makes me want to drive it again for that cosworth inlet and a full miltek decat system sounded amazing

Great video! Just tried to do this test today and for the life of me I couldn’t get any of the attachments to screw in. Took out a second and third spark plug to make sure it wasn’t bad threading still didn’t fit 😢tried all the attachments to

Awesome job! You adapted the wrap well to the Fiesta and the Performance Blue colour of the car also works well as a base for the livery. I have the Tamiya 1/10 2002 Focus WRC RC Car and have always liked the livery.
Thanks! I've also been working on a 1/10th rally shell for my RC car (Associated TC3 rally). It's like having mini-me in the boot!

@@hengineer1 how long would u say it took without any breaks, do u know any other company’s that do similar designs like I said would like to do the Marlboro just want to see what else is out there and any good tips as same as u were im yet to wrap a car
@@kaipeeling9521 I would have said 20 hours for the strip down and white wrap and 10-15hours for decals and refitting trim. Could be done in a weekend. Wouldn't want to do it outside without cover.
@@hengineer1 yea need to find somewhere to keep in inside as I don’t have a garage or anything saw a few inflatable paint booths so might set that up on the drive and have a attempt it at home but if it’s sh*t just peel it off and take it someplace proper
That looks absolutely ace mate! Top work and thanks for the sharing the vids. They were a great watch. I'd love to do the same to my ST150 here in Australia but I have such a low km unmodified example that I'm stuck in the dilemma of feeling the need to keep it exactly as it came out of the factory. Maybe I just need a second ST150 :D
Thank you for the kind words! It's a tough choice about keeping it stock or modifying - I started out with reversible mods. Why not buy yourself a K&N filter and a Milltek flexi for the exhaust. It really livens up the engine! Visually removing stripes or adding them is a good way of subtle OEM style mods. DMB graphics sell them to the original design - it was an £800 factory option!

What a well made video! I've got a custom catback and mountune CAIS in terms of engine mods for now, definitely will get a militek exhaust manifold and a sports cat to wrap up the exhaust, probably gonna end up getting cams&inlet at some point but I prioritze getting an LSD for now:)
