Many commercial broadcasters (for example: Kronehit from Austria & four major commercial radio stations groups from Poland) and even public broadcaster (for example: ORF from Austria) as well as Finnish Gov't are resisting on DAB+ and explicitly allow extreme forms of discrimination to DAB+ (there are many examples of forms of discrimination which are myths, lies, nonsenses, manipulations, follies etc.; firstly describing this technology as "transitional" [ORF], secondly describing this technology as 20th century technology [Bauer Media Poland, Eurozet, Agora, ZPR Media]). Only solution: Appeal to the European Parliament, in parentheses to President David Sassoli and to MEPs in brackets from S&D (Robert Biedroń & Sylwia Spurek from Poland), Renew Europe (Claudia Gamon from Austria & Sophia in 't Veld from the Netherlands), Greens/EFA (Ska Keller from Germany & Ville Niinistoe from Finland), ECR (Elzbieta Kruk from Poland & Eugen Jurzyca from Slovakia) and EPP (Andrzej Halicki from Poland, Andreas Schwab from Germany & Aldo Patricello from Italy) that they should work on a resolution of the European Parliament on digitalisation of the terrestrial radio broadcasting in the European Union, the assumptions of which must be: Firstly, calling on the Finnish authorities to change the reservation of Band III (from DTT only to mix DTT/DAB+ by reducing of number of DTT multiplexes from three to just one in order to creating DAB+ layers from national to regional) in order to fight against discrimination; Secondly, calling of the public radio broadcasters (especially ORF from Austria) & medium and large commercial radio broadcasters in national and in some EU countries in regional groups to mandatory supporting of DAB+ instead more expensive technology such as FeMBMS; Thirdly, calling on many EU members states to develop their own National Strategies of Digitisation of the Terrestrial Radio (example is Poland, which despite numerous appeals from some organisations and the Supreme Chamber of Control since 4 years is still delaying and ignoring appeals which results is passivity). Forthly, recognising of digitalisation of the terrestrial radio via DAB+ as compulsory in each EU member state. I should hope that the motion for a resolution on this matter will go to the European Parliament's desk.
