  Another great episode boys. Doesn't take much to stay warm (and dry) as long as you have good gear. The old adage - you get what you pay for, is certainly true with motorbike clothing. Another benefit of getting out into the hills on those cold wet days is you don't have to compete with all the fair weather riders and have the roads to yourself. Great to see Dave from 'Dave's Channel' contributing, he puts a fair amount of k's on his bike and his trip across Australia is a good watch. Looks like the Brass Monkey was a ripper, couldn't make this year's event but hopefully next year. Keep up the great work.

  How long is a piece of string. Again it depends on what bike, which service (kms) you are doing and if you need extra like air filter replacement etc. There are some variables. BUT they do have $100 off for viewers of HC&2AFs if you book in anytime this month. Give them a call for a quote.

  Interesting comment about lady riders. Being a lady rider, it did not occur to me you were not including lady riders in your conversations and rides. Flogs are all riders . Regardless of gender we all love to ride. Once you start going down the track of labelling, you start missing the point. Our love and passion for riding.

  Someone suggested to you a ride from Fernhill,over the Gentile Annie to Taihape,real North Island hinterland.But remember to gas up because you won’t find any servos on this road.Another suggestion is to do the loop road of a genuine strata volcano, the stunning Mount Taranaki/Egmont.You can go for a burst,thru native rainforest,to the Mountain House for a dinkum full course meal.Some words of caution:don’t let your gaze be distracted by that big hunk of snow while your pedalling your bike.

  I miss Harley City and the display of these bikes that were in there. I work close by and loved dropping by and having a browse. Absolutely love Daves efffort in presenting these then and now, if I ever get to see them in person.
