Start intermittent fasting 11 o’clock full protein like chicken fish egg veg paneer tofu sprouts Raima chickpeas curry with oats or barley chapati
Another meal evening 6 o’clock with full of protein like moong dal
After dinner walk 30 minutes Some time do yoga not daily but start weight training with cardio
