I need to get my boat out on the lake.. Been busy building a 20' freighter canoe.
Hi Tim , she does not get to go out with me often but when she does it makes me happy to enjoy my hobbies with her
Peaceful
Thank you for watching my videos I really appreciate it
The audio? 🤔
Borrowed it from another video for some humor, thanks for commenting it helps me a lot please consider subscribing
fresh air on front eh? 😁
I had the best view 😊
Do you have any video running 100% with that boat?
Most of the videos concerning that motor are less than full throttle because it was in a break-in. But there are a few spots where I have run full throttle.
Great vid man....congrats on the S.O.B Lookin at one myself CHEERS EH FROM CANADA EH ✌🇨🇦
Thanks so very much for watching and commenting it helps a lot! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences in Canada , been to Vancouver. Was skiing at whistler when I was much younger. Thank you again it is great to hear from you.

Really relaxing style of the video. Like your easy way to capture
I can’t tell you how much it means for you to say such a wonderful compliment, thank you , I am glad you enjoyed it
That cedar bark will take a match or even a fero rod due to the oils present in the bark.
Yes it is a great fire starter, thank you for watching
<sound of fire burning> i love it! You know i think the secret to firebuilding is just like anything else - practice. Just like you say, build a range of kindling sizes to "step up" to your bigger fuel.
Thank you for watching
😮
Thanks for the emoji , every one helps, I hope you will subscribe
Check out SEMO OUTDOOR ADVENTURES for more fishing and outdoor videos
I've got one of these - piece of junk after a few months that barely starts - massively overcomplicated fuel lines and the integral tank barely works. Will buy Yam next time
Boy that scares me , I will continue to do honest updates on mine, it’s been great so far I do add fuel additives that protect against gelling and use 93 octane fuel we will see…… stay tuned
Nice video 👍. Watching from Kingman Arizona
Thank you so much for watching
They dammed the river in 81 - hard to believe those stumps are over 40 years old! What a beautiful sky yesterday too. Until next time!

This is a very helpful video. I ordered the same motor and it is scheduled to arrive tomorrow! Did it come with the oil or did you have to buy it? If you had to buy it what did you buy? Thanks!
Thank you for watching, it did not come with oil , it does come with instructions as to what weight oil 10w 30 marine oil and i believe it called for 19 oz

Nice video 👍. Watching from Kingman Arizona
Awesome! Thank you!
What did you like or not like about your tohatsu motor ? Was it two-stroke or four stroke ?
It was a four stroke but it was a 2006 and it had an issue with the water circulation the last time I used it it overheated, I decided a new motor would give me more piece of mind
👍
Nice video 👍
He’s looking for love in all the wrong places 🤣
I've been there. had to get him back in the pasture. I'd chase him for a while. then he'd chase me a while. Finally I ended up letting him chase me back into the pasture and he followed. And if it wasn't bad enough it was 6am, and I had just gotten off a 12hr shift. It took me about an hour to get him in the pasture. I wasn't a happy camper.
Had a great time fishing with “The mills mechanical and outdoors” on KZread
Beautiful...just beautiful.. Nice video.
Thank you so much
Can't wait.. bought the 6hp tohatsu. And finally got it home. Ill set it up on my 1436.. looking forward to cruising around truman lake.
Have fun!
I hope you shoot your own video
Im going to buy this motor in june😍and have it as a reserve backup in case my Suzuki DT150 stops working😂
I love mine great purchase
Had a .410 derringer for when I ran into those critters. We got some venomous snakes, not the worst kinds but Either way I don't wanna get bit by em either, good kill
I have dogs and they would run right up to that and get bit on the snoot no good
That copper head was hurt already.
💀
Always have a shovel nearby 😂
I’m new to boating. I just got the same motor and I was wondering once break in is complete, is it ok to run these (or any 4 stroke outboard) at full throttle 70-80 percent of the time? Assuming I’m maintaining it properly of course. My dock is about 8-10 miles from the areas I want to fish and it would be pretty great if I could get there quicker.
I think so, but I do believe it is smart to keep doing the 4 to 5 min idle warm up from cold start
Did you throw the knife??? Im confused
p.s.... the tohatsu i bought ..only has the external tank.. no internal tank.
I liked my Tohatsu very much they are good motors
. Got my new to me Tohatsu 6hp loaded up and headed home. Got it in Saint James Missouri. Got to Lebanon, and my transmission blew up...sheesh.. bil on his way to load me up and haul me home. Maybe this weekend I can start breaking the motor in.
Thanks for sharing such a cool video, love the boat setup and that motor sounds nice!
Thank you for such a nice comment, my channel is small and it means a lot to me thank you
@@semooutdooradventures2908where can I find the external tank adapter?
I bought it from onlineoutbourds.com same place I purchased the motor
One cylinder?
Yes
Nothing beats that wind blowing in your face while coasting along.... the best! Good luck out there!! 💪 🎣
Thanks I love it
what hp motor what size boat and what top speed?
It’s a 1436 with a 6hp Suzuki that is at 1/2 throttle
I have never clocked top speed I would guess about 17 mph
ok thanks!
Catch anything before the rain?
2 small bass on a micro light rod
@@semooutdooradventures2908 Nice! Sounds like a good day on the lake
