Im watching this from Poland. We did not have any colonies. Which is of course a good thing for us. Similiar to african people we have encountered xenophobia from France side. Chimamanda summarized French attitude perfectly. It is easy to notice a huge gap in intelect between these two ladies. French journalist looks like a fool. French goverment guy could not stand how Chimamanda pointed the silly way French people thinks about Africa. To ask a questions about books shops in Nigeria is a disgrace for a journalism. She should not ever be allowed to interview anybody. Sadly she made a fair representation of huge amount of French citizens.

All countries should have total say so in their own country and the people have the power to decide whether or not they want assistance from other countries and if they choose to do that other countries should respect that.
