As much as I love face to face teaching, with this channel my hands do all the talking. What is the recepie for the colored chocolat

That is not chocolate. That is confectionery compound coating.
Hmm well actually this video is using Callebaut white W2 couverture chocolate (Callebaut sponsor my channel 😏).

I once worked in a factory where we would produce dipped strawberries and macarons for special gifts and decorate them. We also had hand written messages and various nice things inside. Anyways, great video showcasing how to dip the strawberries - it brought back memories of having to dip 500+ berries every day and some 200 macarons. How to dry them? Just stick the stick they're on into some styrofoam (we had special holders) so they stay vertical and don't touch anything while they dry. If you want to decorate them with toppings (flower petals, plated gold, sugar pearls, rainbow sprinkles etc.) just sprinkle it on one side right after dipping and let dry as usual, the toppings will stick to the chocolate. They can be kept in the fridge for 2, maximum 3 days but for best results you have to store them with the stem down. Take them off the stick after they're dry and put them in a box/container lined with paper towels or something absorbent resting on the green part and sticking up like a mountain. The hole from poking also actually helps with drainage so they don't burst or leak. Have fun and don't forget to temper your chocolate!

What are these oils. What are they made of. Where are the ingredients. I went to the website 10 dollars per color. No ingredients listed.
They're made from high strength FD&C certified lake powders.
