Just took this thing through the black hills all over. It's mostly rocky in the hills obviously. This machine floated over the rocky terrain at an unreasonable amount of speed. I pushed this thing to the max and almost thought I could break it. Nope this thing is tough. I went through a pit 15ft. Maybe mud etc. At about 45 50 plus. Hit jumps smashed big boulders. It's worth buying in my eyes

Based on the video it looks like it holds its own on the trail. Any issues taking ut on actual trail rides that dont include mud/ water? Any issues with engine or belt cooling? How bad are the tires on a hard pack trail?

The brakes on these are really nice if you like seprate adjustments for the front brake lever rear brake lever and foot brake lever. Anyone thinking another quad less than 850cc is comparable in power to a brute force is high.

I had a zforce 800 for 8 years and traded in on a 2 place 950. So far quite pleased with one exception. The US version and the 4 seater Cdn apparently come with a physical parking break but the Cdn 2 seater does not. My machine often locks up in park when on a small incline and is pain to get it out of park. The Cdn fix is to replace a part in the transmission and I have ordered mine while the US clients get the parking break. Hopefully this will work. Otherwise I really like the 950 and it's value.

So sad that textron put the wrong guy incharge of the offroad group. That guy was a moron, rg already had a 4xx and the turbo from the sled in several cars. The textron ceo tanked the company and cars going into covid. This allowed speed to come out. The spped is exactly what the xx could be if textron got out of the way. Ironically similar to what shelby had to deal with from ford.

Gotta admit, Can-Am did well with this new 700. A great machine for a decent price. Short of some unknown weakness in the design that'll kill it after an abbreviated time, I can't argue against it for a good all-around machine. Nor real competition for the price/performance equation.

I really hope the HO gets a change to I actually traded mine for a rzr because I couldn't get into the looks. i figured it would grow on me every machine ive ever had does... nope. we called it the moon buggy and i always hated its styling with a passion, the price is what sold me on it but it wasn't worth it for me. the constant never ending tormenting and being made fun of by even strangers for its looks also didn't help. when a good sale came on 24 XP1ks it was time for it to go. ill never understand who thought that design was a good idea or why they kept it for so damn long if these new 950 sports were around back then id of got one instead

I have seen videos of the new 1000 ATV and it appears to rip with the new engine and clutching. It would be great to see an cosmetic update to the trailing arm 950 ex with more snort and the G2 with the same engine. If they can keep the same price point, all you have to do is convince somebody to try them and they will be hooked and it may force the big boys to rethink their price points.
