    There is the whole controversy of "camping vs parking over night." Some say parking overnight is not camping. They believe you can park for one night when there are no signs saying specifically "no parking overnight".

  • @LivinRVision
    @LivinRVision2 күн бұрын

    We drove back to this same spot the very next night and there were zero people “parked or camped” there. Our take was that the heavy rains made it impossible to camp in some of the BLM areas in fear of getting stuck.

    Love all your videos, we are just excited waiting for you to upload every-week. In this video you mentioned about places that you can shower while traveling m, can you please with us? we owe a 19’ Solis, it has a very small bathroom therefore we barely use the shower. Thank you so much in advance. We hope you both are a fun memorial weekend.

    We’re both so happy to know you enjoy them. 🧡😊🤓 We have discussed this a few previous videos but don’t recall the exact videos to recommend. We usually utilize campgrounds mostly but if we are traveling, we have found truck stops to be the most convenient options and they are very spacious and cleaned after every shower and we can both utilize one room for the same price. In most cases, they are cleaner than a campground or RV resort. We tried the Planet Fitness but it just hasn’t been very convenient for us and not very private either. Those are the main places though.

    Brian, Harbor Freight has a mechanics pad for $25 that’s very handy for traveling. It fits between our rear bed and door- I store it upright on the drivers side so when opening the passenger rear door I move it if needed. For some reason the link wouldn’t copy. Works great in our Galleria, super padded and compact. Saves my old back!

    Will do. We haven’t been too worried about it since we don’t use it much, but I did talk to Elwell and do know I was correct about it being the gasket. The technician said they just simply replace that part of the unit and not the gaskets.

    Did you figure out the issue with the leaking heater? I have seen a few people that have had a similar issue and would be good to know what to look at. Thanks

  • @LivinRVision
    @LivinRVision3 күн бұрын

    We had just found the issue during this video, so too soon to show any fixes/repairs/replacements but it sounds like a very simple fix after talking to Elwell/Timberline where they just replace that unit down below. I was correct that it was a leaking gasket. It’s not a rush for us to get replaced and we have notified Grech. The Timberline system is a very good system and probably the best if not one of the very best heater systems available. Things do happen now and then with everything.

Michelle you need to come to southern Louisiana we have one of the most haunted houses in the country. Oh and you can spend the night there. Oh my goodness you did look so young in that picture, I mean you still look young now. That looks like a very big hotel.
