Phenomenal Filming, Commentary, Editing and Sound Track. I thoroughly enjoyed watching this footage. Thank you! I've been researching footage of wild camping and yours surpasses all! I'm hoping to go there with my unsociable dog, hoping he can chill with Mother Earth and get some much needed therapy. I want to ask, how far is the location from road? My tent is heavy, 4 man and I like my creature comforts. Air bed, Quilt, etc. 👋👏🏕️ 🎶👍

Of course you can make a hole meal with a oven like this. You can burn wood a hole day with these ovens. And it is a good idea to bring dry wood from home, its so much easier to start a fire. But when the fire are going well its easy to use wood you find in the forrest. That way you can carry just some few pices of dry wood from home to start the fire.

My cup and cookpot are lightweight and recycled titanium, plus, using “non-forest” wood is a excellent example of the leave-no-trace mentality that helps to maintain the natural ancient woodlands where I live. Thanks for the comment as it helps the KZread algorithm promote the video, but please keep this a friendly, non-judgemental safe place for people to enjoy.

Nothing wrong with bringing your own wood. You know it's dry and available, so no surprises, especially if you are going somewhere you haven't been to before, and don't really know what to expect in the way of local wood. I've also heard that you are not allowed to harvest the local wood in some locations. Some people bring wood pellets for the same reasons.

There’s also the ubeleben made in Idaho, USA. There’s also all of the Chinese knockoffs on the Zon of the same design. Important thing is that you have fun!
