I love building from story perspective & luckily for me my DM has OK'd a stat change for Warlock from Charisma to Wisdom if I wanna go that way or ill drop into rogue for trickster. I also changed the portal sense to the Intelligence version of the faerie wanderers Charisma + Wisom class feat.

I also disagree with low tier not being your thing because you've been making the right calls consistently. Sometimes it's a spree of unfortunate luck. I hope you have fun with the last two weeks. Pretty sure you can't pick up aid as it's not on the wizard, warlock or sorcerer list.
Hey! This is so great, thank you for doing this. Is there anywhere that this fix is written down? I'm considering DMing for the first time in a 'everyone takes turns DMing' heroes guild kind of setup which means I need to have my own character around. The character concept i has requires a war cleric and I was super disappointed to find out that the war domain kinda sucks as it is. Since I'm new at DMing, I would appreciate it if the class outline that you edited was available in any kind of written format. If that's possible, please let me know!

For reducing damage, I like Chef's treats providing THP, Fighting Style: Interception, and Heavy Armor Master.

Well the sorcerer is done time for the warlock and FYI Genie warlock is my favorite and my personal favorite way to reduce damage is a combination of abjuration wizard's ward ability+ using earth genasi blade ward+ rune child sorcerer+ armor of agathis

GGs my friend! I should ask your advice on builds in the future lol, things like Ground Sneasel with Axel/Spear and Acro Tflame made so much more sense once you mentioned them. The crit from Haunter kinda made up for the Seed Flare miss but if shaymin had landed I wouldn't have had a chance to set up Ceru to begin with. Looking forward to playing you again in the future!
Hindsight is 20/20 but I thought you should stay in with haunter and clicked sludge on the ceru. Inteleon could revenge ceru at that point and florges 1v1ed the eleki at the end. It's very hindsighted cus we now know it was sash but also the dogi play was extremely risky because he could have been endure and then you set him up +2 speed as well and you have no chance at stopping it. It's a rough way to lose and I've certainly been there but I think what you take away from it is reassessing your win con in that moment and determining what you still need to win, dogi definitely wasn't need to win but neither eas haunter at that point in the match
My thought process was that if I stay in, then he gets off a second SD and then sweeps with possible Shadow Sneak since I was only doing about a quarter with S Bomb. I really should have had Sandslash over Florges and I would have been fine I think
Agreed! If Haunter gets a poison, I can't outheal everything with bitter blade, but +4 ceru sneak was a roll to KO Inteleon so that was my out at that point. Also if Ceru just misses Dirge with Polter, Florges always 1v1s my Petaya Eleki in the back

I like ranged primary with melee secondary. Long bow with twin short swords as my melee.

Modified standard array is uncommon and it always puts me off when watching your videos. I get that you can follow the guide with regular stats but it seems really strange to assume higher starting stats than most tables provide.
Starting Sorcerer & dumping CHA can be useful for making a straight classed STR/DEX/CON based Runechild Sorcerer, especially with Sigilic Augmentation for advantage on physical checks. Imagine being great at Sleight of Hand because of some glowing Runes. Aberrant Dragonmark feat grants one Cantrip & one 1st-lv Sorcerer Spell to be keyed off of CON. MM:Quicken Summon Draconic Spirit, give them 3 charges in protection as an action. Thats not till 9th level. In the meantime, MM: Quicken Booming Blade/Green Flame Blade.
how is this a fix? you nerf the hell out of spellbreaker by removing the possibility of using it with regenerate or aura of vitality
I think sigilic augmentation would apply to initiative rolls too which is nice. This subclass is really strong and fun.
I really don't understand your ranking arguments. The expanded spell list is almost identical to clockwork soul ( especially using aburation and transmutation ) which you gave a 10, it's arguably better than the aberration minds spell list which got a 10. Also, as far as using up your sorcery points to get the charged runes, atleast you get an extra resource for your abilities whereas every other sorcerer class you have to use your sorcerer points for metamagic and your class abilities. And for the capstone feature at 18th level, don't you think you will be using sorcery points during that big fight to get plenty of charged runes to keep it going. You are of course entitled to your opinion like I am but I really think you short-changed this subclass.
Just like how the Echo Knight is the best fighter subclass, the Runechild sorcerer is hands down the best subclass for sorcerers!
In my opinion it says saving throws against your "sorcerer spell" not all saving throws or spells and class abilities the 14th level feature is an ability not a spell it's not apart of the normal spell which the 18th Level feature implies that it only works for spell features not class features but that's just my opinion I personally expected it to be a 10/10 but a 9/10 is reluctantly acceptable but I'm not happy about it

For those curious, my Okidogi got crit on turn 2 of the match on an attack that it always lived. This removed my check to a couple other mons so it was a slow, painful death from there. I think that this version of the battle is much more entertaining! Enjoy something a little different!
I have played a Warforged Order of the Lycan Bloodhunter and I flavoured it so that my Warforged was built with mimic flesh as the organic matter and that allows him to turn into his "Lycan" state by shifting and morphing the metal and flesh that make up the Warforged.
Magical Tinkering: play your theme song. As you enter an area, have an item that you recorded a song with play your theme(Song fragment). Great for announcing yourself. Holocron: record a person's image for memory or if tracking someone down. Either a photograph (2d) or hologram (3d). Distraction: record a message (over here!) Then give it to a friend or servant and have them activate it from another angle. Think the original Predator movie. Mostly, it's a string ability, but it can have a lot of RP value if you think of it as a recorder. When the lord tells you to do something, record his voice to play back to underlings who don't believe you're acting in his name. It's basically a discount magic mouth.
I like the idea of a Paladin who isn't afraid of dipping their toes into the dark side but not fully diving in.
While Wild Magic Surge is completely DM-dependent, Bending Luck is player friendly. Nevertheless, it never disappoints.
Totally agree. The luck is usually neutral or good so spamming it with Tides of Chaos (with a DM on board) makes it pretty fun while unpredictable
