i'm really in mechanical aspects of tuning cars, the beetle build is where i started making video's and i really like the reaction's of people all over the world. My goal is to build my dream cars and also give viewers the best info of how and what i did in a build. Also i have a Engine math playlist that where you can find a lot of theoretical info of tuning and explanation of engine parts and how it works. I always try my best to do a lot of research to give the the right information.

What is the anti stick function on your tig machine? I have a tig welder and want to try this on my manifold but not sure if it’ll work
Anti stig is if you touch then metal with the torch it will pull the power doen
Great video! I can't seem to find the check valve in my 722.6 valve body. Did I loose it or is it possible some versions don't have one? Would you know the part number?
Hello I have a range rover classic and this setup with a OM606 however my forward gears are not engaging beyond gear 1, what do I do?
You have enough oil in the transmission? The ofgear is looking to tps and speed signal. Do you have this connected and adjusted to real life value's. And are the shifts speeds correct
Please speak a little bit slower when rattling off the specs.. could not catch that..

Hi nice video - 1 question can you change the connector at 14:08 without draining the transmission fluid out - I had a look at mine and its not dry so id like to change this connector asap and before I change the transmisson oil? - thanks
No you have to drain the oil
Digital dash....mmm, either one of the first, or it's been replaced...

I need this alongside the 2009 P30 C63 AMG! Perfect daily. C63 after many years with the discontinued suspension, is getting a bit too stiff 😅.

What are you using to link the gear shifter mechanically to the transmission?
Oem shifting rod. But shortened

No it was not standard on 126 only optional. Ford Scorpio was the first car having it standard.

What would it cost if I brought you a donor car and an engine to build a W201 V12? (just a ballpark figure)
Only labor €75k. M120 v12 . It is just to big to fit. So to make it work it is a lot of work.

Were you able to find the dwell times for the coils?
Bosch motorsport catalog. Search on Google find the catalog. And then and older one like 2008 or so. The coils spec also like dwell time graph is in there
I did a tranny swap on my 2011 e350 Bluetec. Moved the Valve body and conductor plate to new transmission along with the gear shift module. Transmission will shift but the car will not start/crank. Any ideas?
Was the car scaled after the swap? It would seem to be horrendously front heavy.
1440 kg 56% front 44% rear. 1% difference from an 190 evo 2

I own this car but with white spoiler, saddle tan seats (like palomino). It replaced my older white 560sl specked the same way. Let me tell you, the 560sl got more looks, but with THIS car they look away from intimidation. In my humble but experienced opinion as an engineer, this 2013 model is both beautiful and badass in person, and more imposing than the softer facelift in AMG form. 😎

Hello, I do this job professionally. There is something I am curious about. I would appreciate it if you could clarify. What is the amperage range of this machine (parkside), for example, does it start from 30 amps? As far as I can see, you are doing continuous spot welding. Does it allow continuous welding?
I just use a very simple mig machine and i can not adjust anything i just put it to 15 amps . That is the lowest setting . Next time i do this i will use a battery spot welder i think
What was your final torque spec for the cylinder heads with the studs
On the studs i used it is 110nm
Hello sir. I am replacing a valve and 1 lifter on a m113k, if I am not removing any other lifters, do I have to reset them all, or just be sure the new one is reset? Thanks.

It’s a long shot, but since you’ve probably been there already, you wouldn’t know by any chance where water that runs of the windshield beside the gutters enters the driver’s side left side footwell, would you? 🙄 One more S124 leak to deal with…
It normallyr runs in a gutter next to the fuse box . From there is a hole under there and this will run behind the Inner Wheel well. So i would start getting the tire. Of and remove the Inner Wheel well. There should be a bad spot there. It is pretty normally place to have a bad spot there
Thanks, wheel and plastic liner have been off, nothing bad behind it, car is pretty rust free. Bit hesitant to remove side front screen 😅
