3 years later, older and more mature, and after purchasing a newer one, a 2014 Altima, I hate this car and this transmission, and based on my research, its just nissan with these shitty wannabe automatic transmissions. Toyota acts like a normal cvt should.

I got a rwd Infiniti J30 with snow tires and never get stuck . Snow tires are meant for the cold and snow and ice . All weather tires are not meant for cold weather under 38 degrees

Had occasional no start no crank issue on this car all I did to fix was disconnect ibs would say increased battery discharge And steering wheel lock😊

You got the right wagon. I believe that 328i sport was the final RWD wagon BMW offered in the US. And last one with a straight-6, manual, and hydraulic steering. Damn! RWD E90s and E91s handle vastly better than their X-drive counterparts. Back then BMW neutered the AWD version almost as badly as Infiniti did with the G35x- slower steering with less feel, less aluminum in the front suspension, 300 lb weight penalty- yuck, yuck, yuck! Though I’ll say my former E91 325 xi wagon still drove better than any non-BMW I had, my choice was obvious when Ida flooded it- I went straight to an E90 330i sedan w/sport. So much lighter, faster and more agile! Tons of feel and quick response from the E39-like steering.

The B58 has been lauded as the best BMW engine ever, for good reason. It’s BMW’s VQ. Still love my N52 in my E90, and the M54 in my old E39.

Note for people thinking the 4l60e is a bad towing transmission. If you tow anything with them at all, turn the overdrive off, that saves the torque converter and thus the transmission

With the “launch control” when you launch from second gear I’ve gotten 5.8 seconds. I also have a catless downpipe which might shave another tenth off. I also raced a 322WHP pretty modified 2016 wrx about a month ago and we pretty much rolled into it from a dead stop and I stayed ahead of him the entire time. His face was priceless. People need to stop sleeping on Volvos

I got the sel with an i4, the papers from the dealership in 07 when it was bought, plus the coils and intake manifold confirm it, however mine has the sunroof
